This is the best Metro store in the area. The only location that isn't out to scam you. Very honorable young man helped us out today and we will be back to this location only from now on. Thank you for being honest

They were not opened up to 15mins after posted opening time. I was told by other customers that were waiting that this was their usual behavior...not good for business!!

Called customer support and they instructed us to go into the store and have the representative call customer service. She gave us the run around until 759pm and kicked us out, after stating all she would be able to do to bypass the zip - would be call customer support or "headquarters" phone... then kicked us out? We told her what needed to be done, she insisted that wouldn't be necessary - then realizes it's necessary right up to closing time. Real bright staff, don't go here.

They will rip you off. The do not train their employees. Took me three times to try and get my phone set up thru kept sending me home to do it myself. I had to go to a different location to get my phone set up. Then they wouldn’t let me return a charger after purchasing it two days earlier even though the receipt says I have 14 days. They are a scam

Good service here. It's in a good shopping plaza, beside PJ'S Seafood & in the shopping center with Winn Dixie, Dollar Tree, a gym, Office Depot, & many others. Plenty of free parking.

Store manager “Lina” fake! was helpful the first time but when I returned that evening she got very condescending and rude, not answering any questions directly Never been treated so badly and I am Senior veteran Childish behavior*

Nice staff. Clean. Does have nice product's for reasonable prices. Could be More Helpful. I don't know If it's just my Phone. But it's terrible. I did encounter another customer with the same issues. I've literally bought 8 phone's from there. mine is only a Year Old. I was Never asked if I could get a newer version or updated one. It's slow. Miss paying $25 just to talk an text. for $40 a month an it be slow an unreliable. Even when I was Paying $60. Wish they had an actual phone protection plan where it block's any unsecured sites or scams not just something going wrong with the phone like it breaking or being Lost.
