“I have been trying for over a week to get custom wood name badges produced. I was working with a different vendor, for over a week to get pricing and production capability questions answered. In addition, I have been trying to get my artwork setup by the vendor for days (I provided artwork and dimensions) without success.Worried the job wouldn't get done, I reached out to Best Name Badges two days ago. This morning they had an artwork proof to ready using my provided artwork and cut file. They were able to provide everything needed to get my project going, and did so in under 36 hours.I will select Best Name Badges first for future name badges.”

“I am very pleased with the sales people at The Fort Lauderdale Relax the Back Store. Starting with Dina who helped me select pillows to ease my hip pain when sleeping. She gave perfect advice and I am now sleeping pain free. She also introduced me to the Zero Gravity massage chair, letting me enjoy a relaxing experience in the store and informing me of the upcoming annual floor sale. The cover for the side sleeper pillow I purchased was out stock at the store. One was brought up from the Plantation store by Daniel . He kept me informed of when he would be at my local store and while I as there he assisted me with purchasing the Zero Gravity massage chair that was now on sale. He tracked down the only one in the area (Miami) in the color I wanted and made the sale very easy, patiently answering all my questions. He made me feel like a valued customer, and genuinely interested in helping me with my purchase, and delivery with a very pleasant caring attitude. Yesterday when delivery called for today's delivery, I mentioned that proof of insurance would be needed prior to delivery for my condo. However, i was told this might nott happen before the the next day. Both Daniel and Adriana, the store manager, have been working to expedite the process. She also demonstrated customer concern for a quick delivery. I look forward to the delivery and relaxing my back in the chair.”

I was met with a friendly smile and a very helpful representative named Billy. He helped me with my purchases of bedroom and living room furniture as well as decorations. I even found dishes and silverware! I visited again this year and bought more items including a dinette set. Billy was very helpful and even found a missing part in the back for one of the chairs! The results exceeded my expectations all due to the extortionary printing ability of Ennio and Anderson. Their printing knowledge and ability scored a perfect 10 and that means PERFECTION.Ennio was my primary contact, and it was he who carefully orchestrated this project through to its competition. The result of this printing order not only reflected his knowledge of the technical printing process but his keen eye to detail and the understanding of my vision as to how the various pages should look.I spent over 2 weeks at Office Depot using the individual copy machines and printers. I explored various conceptual ideas that reflected my vision of a creative invitation to an alumnus 65th high school reunion. When finished I was ready to approach Ennio for his help. His professionalism was apparent. I explained my project, he carefully listened, asked insightful questions, made recommendations that I had never considered, and then the printing process began.I was quite satisfied with my prep work that was handed over to him. He was not. He had the ability to enhance each photograph, lightened them, darkened them until they were clearer than the unoriginal photographs. He took each original page and made them even better. Ennio would print one page as an example and then consulted with me before moving forward. He noticed each mistake, corrected my error as he refined and brought clarity to each given page. He is not only a printer but an artisan who has the ability to surpass the given original.I have worked with this particular Office Depot over the years and there has been no one with the capability, knowledge and professionalism as he.
