“Kim provided me with detailed information on replacing the proprietary integrated LED module in her Minka-Aire F844-WH fan. I said it seemed odd that a $300 fan would need a $125 replacement. I was not happy.
In effort to assist further Kim suggested another option could be to use a universal LED retrofit kit or searching for a compatible third-party module using part number 6F844LK01.
Kim asked me to verify the fan's receiver she wanted to assure we were on the same model.
She then offered to help me find a specific universal kit online that matches the required dimensions and specifications.

“Ask for salesman Christion aka Chris. I walked in 20 minutes before closing and he listened to my needs and provided me with so many options. He looked at inventory to help narrow everything down. He even suggested floor model items to help save me money since I just had a baby. Within 45 minutes (yes, he stayed after closing just for me) we picked out an option and he set up timely delivery. The smoothest transaction possible and it was all thanks to Chris! Highly recommend!!”

“Would give 5stars if it wasn’t for Debora. Every time I come here, she says “sorry we are out of stock” without checking their system when there isn’t enough of an item on the floor. Online shows there is stock available at the store and she keeps telling me that’s wrong. Which ultimately made us go to other stores and purchase elsewhere. Well this time I found someone else after she again told me they out of stock! I needed this particular piece of marble for my shower bench. Thank you so much for Fefe! She immediately looked up her inventory and found it in stock. They weren’t on the floor so she had to go to the back warehouse and locate them. She called over Leaford, and he made digging out those heavy marble slabs look like light work. I ended up purchasing that marble slab and hopefully can finish my project with you guys.”

“I was desperately searching for a copy of a book (for my kids) that has been discontinued by the publisher and sold out everywhere. I came across this shop online while searching for it and saw that they had one copy in stock. I tried to purchase the book online through their website but there was an issue/glitch where I couldn't enter my payment information, so I called the store the next day. They tracked the book down, took payment over the phone, and shipped it to me since I live out of state. I received the book in perfect condition two days later. Very grateful for the exceptional customer service and know my twins will forever appreciate having a second copy of their favorite book!”
