I would give this company 10 stars if I could! They are absolutely amazing. Just do business with them and you will be happy that you did. Julie is amazing and knows her products well. They also handle all of the insurance so you do not get stressed out.
Wish all businesses gave service like them, my life would be so much easier. Thanks Julie!

Completely in line with other reviewers here. 5 stars aren't enough for this outfit. Julie is above and beyond for compassionate, caring and professional service. While visiting out of town, my wife had problems with an ostomy leak and ran out of what we thought were adequate supplies. We called Ostomy Inc and Julie immediately provided us with the necessary items as well as useful suggestions and items to prevent a recurrence. We cannot recommend her and her company too highly. While we hope not have have emergency needs like this in the future, we will turn to Ostomy Inc and Julie immediately. More than happy to recommend her to anyone living or visiting in South Florida.

Came down to Miami for a rare and much needed winter vacation last Thursday (1/12/2023) Brought what I normally consider an adequate amount of supplies w/me but began having trouble with them almost from the moment our plane landed. If you've been through similar you'll know just how panicked and helpless I felt. Tried finding an emergency source for supplies but everyone I contacted in the Miami area either didn't have the particular supplies I needed or could get them but had to ship, taking several days I didn't have to get here. Then I found Ostomy, Inc, on Friday (1/13/2023) and all my troubles and anxiety went away just like that as Julie helped me through my ordeal. She was very professional, compassionate, understanding and helpful. She put my mind at ease and literally saved my life that day. I will never forget that. I would give Ostomy, Inc 7 stars if I could. Thank you so very much, Julie. You've gained a customer for life.

Speechless!!! I went there Monday panicking because I ran out of adhesive remover spray and met two angels very helpful and informative. Its just amazing to find good people that do it from the heart and not money. May God continue to bless them.Just awesome!!!

I rarely write reviews but I am so grateful to have found Julie and Samantha. I’ve had an ileostomy for 48 years and for the first time the product I’ve always used is unavailable (another result of the supply chain issue.) Needless to say, I was beyond stressed since this is a medical necessity and not an option to have my supplies. Julie has been so incredibly understanding and helpful…she sent me samples and ordered what I needed. I’m so grateful (and so is my husband) for their quick response and solutions.Marcie Riger

Ostomy Inc. is an incredible company. I was having trouble finding the right product for my mother. I received a lesser known recommendation from an Ostomy nurse. Julie happened to have some in the store and sent them to me to try. She answered my questions and provided me with recommendations that could also help. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them.

This dealer is an excellent source of ostomy supplies. They carry a fully stocked inventory of the various manufacturers' products. I have been a satisfied customer for over ten years. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional. They ship what I need by overnight UPS. In the unlikely event they don't have a product I want they tap their sources and get it for me. They have never let me down. And, in fact, they have bailed me out of trouble more than once when I unexpectedly ran short of a necessary ostomy item. They take credit cards and bill Medicare for me. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of ostomy supplies.
