Rates are going up service is going down. Noone at the office and gate is not working. Don't forget about mice and flooding, and closed bathrooms at all times

They will lure you in by showing a good price and then they double it..Noone as in the office all the time sometimes gate doesn't work..Random people are inside riding bikes. Seems like they do everything to get as much money as they can disregarding your needs. If you have better option go with it

I have never had such a terrible experience with a storage unit just to keep items. My sister and I both have items here I am moving out by end of day tomorrow. However, my sister is unable to do so. She rented a unit inside that should be cool and dry. The unit is hot, and her items are damaging from the excessive heat and it's not officially summer. She requested a transfer and was instructed to pay a transfer fee when she is not transferring willingly. She called the MAYORS OFFICE AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA REGULATIONS DEPARTMENT. DO NOT RENT HERE. THERES NO ONE TO ASSIST. THE ONLY DECENT PERSON TIFFANY QUIT. The so-called property managers they hired are absolutely no help if there ever there. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH YOUR BELONGINGS THE DISCOUNT IS A LURE YOU WILL GET CHARGED AN INCREASLY LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY ONCE IT EXPIRES.

I would highly recommend anyone to rent from this specific storage facility and heres why...
I recently rented a storage unit from this Public Storage on 5150 W Copans Road, back on a Sunday, the 7th of April. When I got there I had the pleasure of speaking with and obtaining help from Kerrie. She is wonderful employee, very professional, knowledgeable and is someone who truly cares about her job and her customers. She went above and beyond to help me out during a very low point and a stressful time in my life!
I also want to give Noel a huge shout out as well. I just came by the storage facility to put some items inside my unit and I forgot Kerrie's name because it's been close to a month since I've had this unit. I described her and Noel helped me out tremendously. The second employee here that went above and beyond for me. He even waited patiently while I went through my text messages to find out the excat day I had received my unit.
In the past, I had never rented from Public Storage, due to their special lock that you have to purchase woth the rental (which put me off years ago because of this). However, this location in particular, at 5150 W Copans Road, truly has some remarkable, knowledgable, great customer service, dedicated and professional employees who genuinely care about their profession and the people they come into contact with daily. Which is a hard thing to come by this day and age! Thank you both very much! I truly appreciate you guys!

Worst customer service in the world from Brianna.
I will outline my experience so you can fully experience how horrible this person is, the way that I did.
First I came into the gate and couldn't find my unit. I drove around the entire place and I still couldn't find it. I also had to use the bathroom so I went to go use the bathroom. It was locked. I looked around for an employee. I found Brianna. She was walking around with the cleaning cart, on her phone, not cleaning, and I almost didn't realize she was an employee, since I clearly needed help but she was in her own world, but who else would be walking around with a cleaning cart.
I asked her for help finding my unit. I also asked her for the bathroom key. Like I said, she was walking around with the cleaning cart, blatantly not cleaning. She gave me some unclear instructions on finding the unit. And she said she "needed to find the bathroom key." She did not proceed to begin looking for said key, whole time i had to use the bathroom.
It was clear she wasn't going to help me, so I called my aunt who is a property manager at another public storage, literally the only reason I am using this place. It took about 10 or 15 mins talking to my aunt before she came and opened the bathroom for me, at this point I'm just irritated, I've had to pee, and had to find the unit myself and I was speaking on the phone to my aunt about this horrible experience and Brianna decides she needed to join the conversation and I told her to shut up because I had it with her. If my aunt was not a property manager at another location she would not have even opened the bathroom for me. So I really didn't care what she had to say. I've worked in customer service since I was 17 years old, If I was going to sit there and be rude and not do my job i just bounce and go home because I'm not a rude nasty, visibly miserable, and lazy person like Brianna is. I was extremely polite to her up to the point I realized she literally is going to not do her job so I tried my best to ignore her and do what I have to do but I had to pee.
I had to end up using the bathroom at a gas station, after I am paying for a storage at this place which it's fine If there's no bathroom, but then why tf do I have to deal with someone like Brianna. I am already stressed from moving and this is the worst customer service I've ever had from a storage place, and I know my aunt is nothing like this, but I will never come to public storage ever again because of this horrible experience. Even though I would get a discount, there's no discount worth such a horrible human interaction that has ruined my day. Briana should find a job as an insurance agent since she is so evil and loves denying people basic necessities they already paid to use. My experience would have been 100% better if she was not there.
