Appointments where extremely overbooked it was 10:30 am and they where calling people with appointments at 9:00 am. The waiting room was very hot, there was no air conditioning flowing in a room that was extremely crowded with people standing and a line outside the door. The staff was short of employees, I felt terrible for them, they were working very hard but it was almost abusive to have this people working under those conditions. They still treated everyone nice.

Bullshit place. Tiny waiting room and had me waiting an hour and a half past my appointment time. Go to coral springs.

This place is run like a sweat shop. So inhumane, not personal and robotic from the computer check in (rather than a real person) to the way I saw staff treat the elderly. Where is their customer experience team???

ok, not bad....I found out that for the check-in computer to work, you have to touch it very lightly. I touched it a bit too heavily and it would not work.

My pediatrician needed a urine test for my 6 month old. She provided the sterile cups and lap order and told me to drop it off at quest and they will just take it as long as the sample is fresh.
I drove to this location, and a very rude worker said that I cannot just drop off a sample (despite me having literally everything thye needed ready to go), I need either an appointment or to sign in and wait on the ungodly long stand-by list. I'm sorry, by then the sample will be considered bad and I don't know about you but I don't know how to make a 6 month old pee on demand for an appointment.

I was advised yesterday for specimen drop off an appointment is not needed just give it the person who comes out. Arrived today and I was advised I need to sign in and they don’t just collect it however there is no specimen drop off selection. Had I known I would’ve tried to schedule yesterday although the reservations are nearly impossible to schedule. His suggestions was to sign in via walk in and there was a 60 min after I already had an appointment the day prior. Seems very inefficient and pointless. I left.

God i wish i got the phlebotomist name who was so rude and just gave me a hard time for really no reason. i made an appointment for my drug test for nursing school for 1:40pm that was the only available time and i only have 58 hours to get it done. i was at my appointment by 1:35pm checked in and everything sat down and waited. they close at 2pm, after waiting fir nearly 20 minutes and getting a text at 1:53pm saying “ Please enter our service center and have a seat, you will be called soon. No need to check in again when you get inside.” I finally get serviced at 1:58pm the african american phlebotomist with the old braids calls my name and ask what am i here for (even though i checked in and it literally says what im here for” i tell her my urine test for nursing school she says “i can’t do it you have to reschedule for tomorrow or another day with so much attitude” i’m confused i tell her “im on a deadline and im sorry but i have to get this done my appt was made i have to do this now or i can’t get into my program this doesn’t make sense” she says we stop at 1pm”. lucky my best friend who also starts the program with me and was at another quest doing the exact same time time asked the phlebotomist and they said “no that’s not true” after that she finally took me back and rudely asked for the barcode and proceeded she gave me the cup did the urine test and didn’t leave until 2:14pm. i’m still mad about the entire situation i get it you may be tired or whatever but you still have a job to do there was no reason for all of that i could literally get kicked out of my nursing program if i don’t do the background and urine test. that phlebotomist lack of professionalism, manners, and respect could cost me my future. just because she didn’t want to do it. never will i ever go back i’ve told my school about the situation and hopefully takes this location off for us to do our urine test. she needs to be evaluated and taken off the schedule and go into a different field that doesn’t involve people or human interactions.

Staff is rude and tries to rush everyone out. The most unprofessional place I have ever visited. Will be at least trying a different location next time and hope to receive better service.

Getting an appointment with Quest is very challenging like next to impossible. All of the slots appear to be booked more for paid services. Getting a live representative over the phone is not only time consuming but your automated services does not cover all the options and no optio. For items not in the list. The other day I had an issue with quest charging me for annual labor’s coz they didn’t see my details correctly, so I had an Insurance Rep on call who tried to connect with Quest and his remarks were the same. I asked him to raise it to his Mgt as the common man’s voice is never heard
