T did a wonderful job on my bloodwork and was beyond friendly. Thank you so much, T! I don't like getting my blood drawn, but you made my experience much more enjoyable than it usually is. Other aspects: it was clean it the room, busy waiting room, not too long of a wait.

Staff is extremely rude and acts as if the parents waiting on them are an inconvenience to there chit chatting in the back. FYI we all hear you speaking clearly about how you feel about the patients waiting on you. Very rude and unprofessional!!!! You have a kiosk and an older gentlemen needed help banged on door and no one answer so a patient helped him and then u come out to call her but she said she was just helping him check in and you Ridley said well then we'll put you back in que?! No you should've helped we don't get paid to work here!!! Then I go out to use the restroom and u call me and obviously I didn't hear. The man rudely tells me to check in again and wait in line?!!!! These people are disgusting and and shouldn't have a job if they don't want to be here!!!!!

I went at 6am without an appointment as a walk in. Check in was check. Waited less than 10 minutes and was finished and paid in another 10 minutes.

They “close early” almost every day and you can’t book an appointment for over a week. Walk ins are available but rudely told to leave the office as they won’t be servicing them.

Today, at 8 am, my wife tried to drop a 24 Urine Test sample ordered by my Urologist.She sign in and waited 3 hours to DROP a test, staff did not care, the waiting room was packed with older people waiting to be helped and the staff didn't care, they kept on telling everyone that the manager was not in so they have to wait. After 3 hours a staff member, extremely rude, told people to come back later. My wife left the Urine sample and went to work, some people were still screaming and fighting because of the horrible service provided, no respect and not even care for the elderly. An older lady started fainting and the staff didn't, even offer water or help, the staff were having great conversations behind doors, you could hear the laughing and showed absolutely not to care for people in the waiting room.This is unacceptable, to be treated like this, no concern for people, disrespectful for time, ignoring questions, laughing at people and showing no concern. I hope that this reaches someone that cares, which I really doubt, since all the staff that works there don't care, so why would management would.

Arrived on time for my appointment only to wait for over two hours and was never seen. No one at reception area to speak to. It’s all automated. No regard for people’s time. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere for tests.

This place is awful. They are not care about you are about your time. I wait two hours to drop off 24 hour’s urine, I singing in got it to number, never call me, started ask for nurses about my number how long I need to wait there give me a second it for 2:45? Minutes, I can’t understand why.

Made an appointment on their system? Called off work, got your child ready (any parents knows what that means), drive over 39 miles, and finally get to the center only for this center to very rudely inform you that they are closed and it's not their problem or fault and you need to get out of their office.This is what happens when one company monopolizes blood testing

They took blood out of my arm, and my arm turned black and blue for two weeks. The bruise was unbelievable in size.

They don’t have enough appointments available so most are walk in. They get ridiculous about people without appointments. The monitor said only one person been serviced and there is 3 phlebotomist in the back. The wait is over half hour before the call the next walk in. So 8 walk m-ins means last one will hopefully been seen in 4 hrs but no warranty as they said. If they are so against walk-in then don’t offer them. Don’t be lazy and treat people like second class citizens.

The employees are ridiculously slow. Waited almost 2 hrs. as a walk-in. This has never happened to me at quest. Also, the employees are very rude. There is no one available to ask questions, and if you knock on the door they get annoyed. How am I supposed to ask a question?? They act like they’re doing you a huge favor. It’s their job!

Worst blood test I have done, from start to finish it was problematic. Was never able to talk to anyone but machines. Please don’t come here if you have the option not to come

Horrible service, can't speak with anyone to confirm anything, only machines answer and everything is done with a machine. Impossible to reach a person and when you do they tell you that the machine doesn't do anything wrong and you are to blame

These places always get a bad wrap. Make an appointment and know how to use their vitural que to check in. Sadly these places should have security with how crazy walk INS can get. Over all not a bad experience
