Low ball you with prices and cars they don't have! Drove an hour to this dealership only find out they don't have what you list on TrueCar! Was planning to buy two pickup trucks! Never gonna spend a penny here! Awful business practice sad to say they represent an auto nation dealership!

I went there to buy a new car and lucky enough to meet Tom Anderson in sales department he was very helpful and got my order in and I received one of the first cars for 2024. The management is also very professional and attentive and I'm very happy with the way the deal went and got my car last week and I'm very happy I have not been to Service yet but I recommend asking for Tom Anderson if you want to avoid headachesas he's the most knowledgeable salesman there and been there a long time

Brought my vehicle in about 6/7 weeks ago to the service department after this dealer kept sending me notice to bring it in for recalls on vehicle.Also had a warranty issue whereby the fabric on the ceiling had come apart.Made my appointment after service consultant told me they had the parts for the recalls.Dropped it off on a Tuesday ,service consultant said he would update me following day which he never did.Let it go and contacted them on the Friday to which he told me that I should pick up vehicle as they would need to order parts.So when I got there I asked them what they did on vehicle and he said nothing got done,he would call me when the parts came in.A couple weeks goes by and didn't hear from them so I tried to contact them several times with no reply.Contacted ford headquarters to try get an answer from this dealer,to which they said they were still waiting on parts.Couple more weeks and the service person contacted me and gave me an appointment for following week Tuesday.Texted him on Monday prior to confirm and he said it might have to be on Wednesday instead,he would confirm with me.Never heard from him ,so I contacted ford again.They contacted service manager and he told them I should probably take it to sawgrass ford as they don't have the parts,so nothing was ever ordered.You can't make this stuff up ,it's actually true.

Terrible customer service . Contacted the service department 4 times , the call goes to an off sight service who sounds like they are sleeping . Never a call back .I finally made my appointment with Sawgrass Ford yesterday ( no problem) . I was just trying to use Margate since they are an Autonation dealer . But they are terrible .

I took my Ford Fusion here for recall issues. I was incredibly impressed with the service, especially Maria. I was fearful that I would be told that I have other underlying issues or be forced to pay, but neither was true. Free of charge and they gave my car a much needed wash. Highly recommend!

My Stuart dealership was not up to par and I decided to visit my brother in Margate to have my recall done on my 2017 Edge there. After speaking to Anthony in the service deparment, I knew I made the right decision. I was welcomed when I arrived outside and greeted when inside - so not like Stuart dealership and their fast lane approach. Everything went according to plan with no hiccups and I was able to return home safely knowing that the recall was done properly. Thank you Ford Margate and most of all thank you Anthony for setting this up for me and the great service!

I've had AutoNation Margate service my 2 SUV 's over the past 30 years. In 2017 they installed a rebuilt transmission with a 3 year warranty. I am a Senior Citizen and drive my car no more than 3,000 miles a year. Therefore 6 years later this rebuilt transmission failed at 14,263 miles. Although Ford agrees that the transmission failed miserably in mileage performance and expectations, dealership still prefers to hid behind the warranty and do nothing. I feel I'm be discriminated because I'm a Senior Citizen on a limited income that drives only 3,000 miles a year. What good does a 3-year warranty do for Seniors that don't drive much anymore. Most people drive about 12,000 miles yearly meaning my rebuilt transmission should have lasted for at least a minimum 36,000 miles. 14,263 miles is unacceptable performance. AutoNation Ford Margate should be ashamed of themselves for not standing behind the quality of the replacement products they sell regardless of time warranty and for having no understanding or empathy for Seniors on limited incomes.

Made the appointment online, showed up on time, no waiting and was done within 1.5 hrs as planned. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Been going to them for years without issues.Service: Oil change

I have been trying to a reimbursement for repairs. I had done prior to Ford issuing a recall. I've been to this dealership twice all I keep getting is accounting is working on it. Went there a few weeks ago asked to speak to the service manager was told that he was in the body shop. The service advisor that I was speaking to that told me that went into the service manager's office and spoke to him. Service manager wouldn't even come out to acknowledge I was there. Explain to the service writer that nobody has ever called me back and he told me at that time that the service manager would give me a courtesy call ,never heard from anybody. This has been going on for six months. This is the same dealership that I took my car in to have rear bumper cover replaced and they replace the front one instead.
