Horrible service - will never return Paid for a rush on a phone that I use for my job. Come back the next day for it and the tech that put the screen in cracked it during install. I wanted a repaired phone, so I gave it back to them. The day after, screen looks fine but the phone is dead so I can't check. The guy let me know that he'd refund the rush fee since it took longer. Get home and find the entire screen has a purple tint. Take it back and they tell me they can't do anything about it since their repairs are not warrantied, and they can't refund the rush fee. If you're thinking of using this place, don't.

RMI has my wife's cell phone and my son's laptop for over a month now. They both needed new screens. Once they repaired the cellphone, the phone turns itself off at any time. They took the phone back and we haven't heard from them since. When they gave me back the laptop, I opened the computer, the laptop was never touched. The screen was still broken. The company does not answer their phone at any of their locations. I went to the store today at noon when the sign says they are open, there was no one at the location.
I got the phone back today but they still have the laptop. When I asked why no one was at the store at noon when the sign on the door stated that they open at noon, the person told me that he was there at 12:10. I was in front of the store until 12:30 and no person ever showed. I even went into the convenience store next door who told me that they are usually an hour or 2 late. I told the salesman that they don't answer the phone. He told me that he always does, so I called him.... guess what....the number IN THE STORE does not go to the store. No person ever gets the phone message. The number for Margate apparently is the Boynton Beach number.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....They are a rip off...

Rick Harris is very helpful and very knowledgeable about cellphones and always gives me an honest answer. I drive a far ways to work with him and it makes my life so much easier.

As a former employee I suggest you stay away from Rmismartphones. Rick Harris is a low down FRAUD. He will lie to you on repair times and keep your phone for long periods of time. He will not return your calls and overcharge you. The phones he sells are mostly faulty and malfunctioning. Rick Harris steals from his employees and will not pay them minimum wage. Rick Harris owes me $416 in payroll and he avoids my calls. On one occasion I had to call the police about Rick not paying me. Rick Harris Straight up lied to the police about paying me. STAY AWAY FROM RMISMARTPHONES.

The technicians who worked on my iPhone 4S did a excellent job. The front glass was completely shattered, but after I had it serviced here, it looked as good as new.

The staff was professional and knowledgeable about my phone. I wanted to use my phone overseas so they unlocked for me. It was fast and saved me from buying another phone to use while I travel.

My Samsung Galaxy S4 got water damaged and did not turn on at all. Took it in to this repair shop because the prices were competitive. The phone was repaired and works good as new. Only reason I gave 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because the repair was delayed.
