The store is great, but the ladies' bathrooms are a complete joke. The family bathroom had no toilet paper, the sink was full of poop on the sides, there were sanitary pads scattered on the floor, there was no hand soap. Imagine being a pregnant woman who needs a bathroom every 5 minutes or less and going into that expecting to get an infection because of how unsanitary it is. Even for little girls it is a danger of contracting any infection. That is not right. It has been one of the most disgustingly dirty bathrooms I have ever seen in my life.

This store take people's merchandise. Please double check your stuffs and count them carefully. My receipt says 18 items sold but only got 16. Went back to the store and the lady said I left them. Hello!!!!!, if you are at the register , I dont bag my own stuffs. Pay attention .....

While being in the process of buying my clothes from assoc: 751275 at tran: 0932. The associate commented on one of my tattoos. She asked me what the meaning of it was. When i told her she told me i was lying that i got it for no reason and to stay true to myself. I felt so embarrassed afterward. To add insult to injury the security went through my bag and checked my receipt as i left.

They open at 9:00. It’s after 9:20 and they’re still not open yet. Crowd of people standing outside of store. Already handful walked back to their car and drove away. Will be going to dd’s instead. This doesn’t make sense. I don’t know what goes into opening a clothing store but is it so much that there’s a legit reason to have a handwritten paper sign on the door that probably wasn’t approved by anyone and people standing outside the establishment for near 30 minutes? Bad look on manager and assistants here.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. ABSOLUTE WORSE service I’ve ever received. Simone is extremely rude and is the reason why I will never in life return to that location. She flat out told me that she has the right to deny a purchase & refused to sell me items that I had in my cart for check out. There was no reason. Then she proceeded to sell it to the customer who came after me. She make fat comments towards my aunt who was in town and told me I’d be more beautiful if I was slim. Her attitude is terrible on a regular but that was the last straw. Beware of this wicked Jamaican witch. Misery loves company.

Worst Ross ever. The front sps ( security) very disrespectful, she was saying that she could not helped me in something bc that was part of her job, and then she kept talking w her partner another sps that is too much for her that she doesn’t get paid to do that. Bad customer service, lack of employees, fitting rooms and bathrooms disgusting (dirty), store manager in the office. My problem was resolved no. I stepped out the store n I’m not going back that location.
