I use to love coming here but I don’t know if they’ve gotten a new management or something but it’s really sucks.
Staff members used to come out and greet people and actually direct people to proper locations if needed to. I was unaware of the changes made since I usually go to a different TD Bank or utilize drive-through. Finally, when I mentioned something about it is when I was informed that I needed to sign in first.

This is the slowest bank ever. They give bank tellers a bad name. Banking with them makes me miss Chase . And their banks are always dirty

Location had Phenomenal customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in through the door, I felt very welcomed in the building, I was helped swiftly and with a great smile. The customer service is 10 out of 10 at this location.

Great customer service. Recently opened an account online went in 2 days following and asked fir a debit card. Said since I opened the account online the card will be mailed went in today to make a deposit and told the girl and she said no. I can print you a debit card. Great service no wait

I switched over from Chase to this margate TD bank location. I was accompanied by one of the bank representatives Mr. Souvenson Mirand. I waited less than 10 minutes and Mr. Souvenson had assisted me with opening an account and showed me all the features and mobile features. Very thankful to have came across this location. The environment is very calm & quiet every time I walk in. 10/10 rating for this location, definitely recommend this location.
