If there were a Hall of Fame for U-Haul employees, Leon Campbell would be the first inductee, complete with a golden dolly and a ceremonial roll of moving tape. I have used U-Haul more times than I care to admit (seriously, I could have a loyalty card by now), and without a doubt, Leon provided the BEST customer service I have ever experienced.
From the moment I walked in, Leon treated me like a VIP—like I was moving into a mansion instead of hauling my life’s chaos from one place to another. He was kind, patient, and incredibly thorough, making sure every detail was covered. But what really set him apart? His sense of humor! Moving is usually a stressful mess, but Leon turned it into an oddly enjoyable experience. I never thought I’d say that about hauling furniture, but here we are.
Leon, if I could take you with me to help unpack, I would! U-Haul, give this man a raise, a bonus, or at the very least, a crown for being the undisputed king of customer service. Thank you, Leon, for making my move so easy and stress-free—I almost want to move again just to work with you (almost).

Everytime I come here takes 20 min to get someone to come to the propane area. None of the employees want to come and do a 3 min or less task.

Staff are very nasty. They will lead you to believe they are doing you a favor and then bill you extra! They always make you wait on hold for 20 to 40 mins before they answer, facility always has gate issues. Anything you try to do here takes forever and again the staff are not friendly at all. I am making plans to move my things out of here to another unit MUCH closer to my home. This olace is the worst storage facility and their prices are absolutely INSANE. they also FORCE you to buy insurance too which is also expensive! Nails all over the place too. I always get a nail in my tire everytime I enter the lot. Don't if you can come here

Excellent in person customer service has my loyalty. I bought a fork lift propane back when hurricane was coming thinking it would be a large supply but when I learned I couldn’t use it for grilling they completely made things right. This place is great

Smooth transaction with all going well. In and out. For the few minutes I was in the office, they had one rude customer after the next. I understand that most people renting trucks or trailers to move usually aren’t in good spirits. I get it. I can’t say I would be able to keep it as professional as the gentleman behind the counter. I think they deserve a reward for not winding up on channel 10 news👍

Horrible experience. The girl in the front tried to help but wasn't able to. We were concerned about our driver license being uploaded by multiple personal phones that they were using, and the guy on her left basically tossed our license back at us and said we could do it instead. The guy showed zero empathy and was rude. We then exited the business and will go elsewhere. The company needs a better way of scanning customers' personal information other than cell phones.

Worse service ever on that place ,there was 2 girls working in there . Ask them a question did not want to answer or help at all they are losing a lot of customers for people like that , we want nothing free so they don’t need to act like this IF THEY DONT LIKE TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS THEY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE …… period
