The 400 pound pharmacist named “SHERICA” decided to mimic me when i said “but” and interrupted me saying “but but but” acting like i studdered. Towards the end of our conversation as her/his (not sure) brain cells finally started sparking she realized she had to give me the medication as no one on planet earth is trying to steal acne medication. I dont know who the hell hired this miss piggy as a pharmacist but they should both be fired.

I used have my prescriptions filled here, then I moved and went to Publix. I recently went back to Walgreens because of location near my home. What a MISTAKE. The employees in the pharmacy are rude. Slow, and half of them you can’t understand. Ado 2 times my meds were screwed up. Also they once canceled my prescription which I need for my blood pressure. If this is not fixed I will not go to Walgreens anymore. It used to be a great place to get prescriptionsAnd other items as well. I understand it happens not only my store but many.WAKE UP Walgreens

Horrible phone customer service in pharmacy. 1st person hung up on me (I was sent to a survey so it was a hangup). I called got the same person then was put on hold for her to check and another person came on the line. I explained I was hold for someone else and this person proceed to say I don't know who was helping but I'm on the line now. How can I help you. Explained again that I was trying to find out what prescription did they just call me about. She something about them being a fertility Walgreens (irrelevant to my question). Then she said the other person was with corporate and she is at the store. I said as a customer I don't know that. All I know is you are Walgreens. She kept deflecting. Could have apologized for the other Walgreens worker rudeness but instead she kept saying I don"t know who you were speaking to they are corporate. To this pharmacy employee you all are Walgreen's to consumers when we call. A phone etiquette class needs to be conducted..

10,000 stars for Ms. GriseldaToday I visited this location just due the convenience and can I just say one of the best Walgreens I have ever been to .Short story : I was cashing out and preparing to pay it took some time ( recently lost my arm )to take out my money , the customer behind me started to become very antsy , I turner around and apologize while still trying to take out my money , Ms. Griselda said “ honey it’s ok take your time,take your time “,right at that moment I felt so relieved that she wasn’t upset with me,like the lady behind me . With those words you realize there is still loving and patience people around . And bam with those words my anxiety settled and found my money . The endSo all and all thank you so much Ms. GriseldaFor making my day special and having so much patience with me.

Visited today 04/10/23 @5pmHad the worst experience at this walgreens located at 3000 N State Rd 7 Margate. The African American young lady was clearly in a bad mood when she decided to verbally attack me because I asked her if I had any walgreens points. When I asked for the manager she started screaming and saying all types of racial slurs. As i walked away to look for a manager, she began to walk towards me as if she was going to attack me. The floor rep that was stocking the shelves ran to pull her away. This is so unprofessional and do not recommend anyone going there until they properly train there staff including the manager because he just watched everything without saying a word.The store manager rang up my items and didn't even bother to apologize.

Don't know what's going on but upper management should get involve. About three weeks ago I witnessed an argument between customer and staff now today around 4 something the cashier at the front insulting someone. Apparently the cashier thought the customer was being rude because she didn't say hello. The customer was on her phone. This is insane. These walgreens staff are out of control. It's like watching the Jerry Springer show. Definitely switching pharmacy.

There is a younger spanish girl that works the front counter, very disrespectful lady, won't listen to what questions a person has and screams loud over another person without even helping. This is the pharmacy I chose and been with a long time, but this lady is flat Rude!!! She is very impatient with genuinely helping people to get answers. Terrible character this lady displayed!!!! I came to pharmacy because the online app and what this pharmacy is saying is two different things but no better help when coming inside the store. It's 5:40pm 03-16-2023 writing this Terrible!!!!!!

Sat in the “drive through “ pharmacy line to drop off a prescription for over 20 minutes while the vehicle ahead of me had 4 prescriptions dispensed, individually, about 5 minutes apart. Then 5 minutes to pay. If I wasn’t sandwiched in I’d have left. THEN-no apologies for the wait, complete attitude instead. Will be switching.

Been going to this pharmacy since I moved here six years ago. Mostly everyone is pleasant and helpful but there seems to be one bad apple that ruins it for everyone! I work in healthcare and it honestly saddens me to deal with such a miserable attitude. Her name is Vanessa and she’s a “pharmacy tech” there. Every single time I’ve had an encounter with her it’s been nothing but nasty attitude and never helpful. I needed help getting a medication I NEED daily and she told me I couldn’t have it. Funny since she isn’t a doctor and far from it. I will be transferring my medications elsewhere because I’m so sick of this nasty energy! Walgreens… Vanessa is ruining it for you!

Worse Walgreens ever. Submitted an online order for 35 photos, received confirmation number it was received. Got to this store and lady told me they didn’t have an order for me. I tried to show her the order confirmation number and she said they didn’t have anything for me without even wanting to help. Told me to resubmit the photos on the kiosk and wait for the photos. Poor customer service to not even want to help me, as received the order confirmation. If you messed up and didn’t print them, just tell me that.
