This should have been a 1-star review but Deena saved you this morning. I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with the service I have been provided lately. I have been with the WE Financial since it was ‘peoples credit union’. I opened a business account in October than I have not been able to access since. I have sent over 25text messages with no response. Have called more than 14times. Wait times over 1hr.I called this morning to close my accounts but got Deena who fixed my login issue within 5mins. She also updated my info & requested that my debit card is shipped.Deena deserves a kudos & raise.

I've been a member for many !!! years and have paid off multiple loans, car boat etc., I always had excellent customer service. What in the world has changed, getting emails that my payment is not posted and late when the money has been taken from my checking account. Hold time is outrageous over an hour, Chat bubble does not work message is "live" representative is not available, please call, who has an hour to sit on hold to only get some sarcastic representative. Where did the customer service go?

My encounter with David was a very positive experience. He was personable, engaging and understanding. His customer service skills were impeccable. He is to be commended for having a great personality.

if I could give a minus I would. they are nearly impossible to contact. I held on hold for over an hour to find why I was being a service charge. oh...a maintenance charge. today I was locked out of my account and I was #46 in the queue. I gave up. I can't spend my day waiting for a business to get around to helping me. The AI looped me around for over 30 minutes to change my password, stating my information was incorrect. I've had them over 20 years, paid off a mortgage from them, have a savings and checking. they are a horror. I admit I told the agent they were incompetent and she was holding her temper. I'm sure it's hard on the employees as well. I will be exiting that bank in January, I don't believe they are going to improve.

The client service is the best I have ever had. We had a tight deadline to pick up a plane and needed the loan to close fast. Alex and all the other's involved were top notch. They went above and beyond to make it happen! After shopping around they had the best rates as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Best interest rate I got with having over 800 credit score. Interest rate is 6.39% and currently this is what they are giving to most people (Nov. 22 2023). Great online service with your advisor, can’t say much on local bank offices.

I recently went through We Florida Financial to acquire a loan to purchase a new car. I worked with David who was able to quickly get the loan and then worked directly with the dealer to transfer the funds. We FinancialOffered competitive rates and David made the process easy.

What's going on with We Florida Financial is the most egregious situation my husband and I have ever experienced with a bank. We have been with this bank for about thirty years. Since before the name change from City County Credit Union. I think we're done this time. It's going to be a pain in the a** with all the automatic payments, including a 50K plus car loan. But I'm pretty sure we're out. And the fact that you people have the audacity to charge your customers overdraft fees when you know how jacked up your system is right now!!! You can't be reached over the phone, and you was closed when we tried to visit one of your branches, but you want people to give you account info over a text message. Who does that??? We don't know who's on the other end collecting that information. For all we know, you've been hacked and the hacker is on the other end of the text messages asking for very delicate and private information. Again, what kind of business does that in this day and age? It's especially egregious for a bank to do it. Bottom line, there's something very wrong going on that you're trying to hide. Something much deeper than the system update that you're trying to convince us of. Don't bother with the canned apology. Nobody cares. UPDATE: We just closed out our account. Good riddance!

Unprepared and inconvenient, two words to describe this CU. For how long were you guys preparing or unpreparing for this system update? Here we are Oct 24 2023 and you can't find a soul that knows whats going on or that can help me. I have multiple accounts with the CU by myself, joint with my wife and as a joint with my 2 kids. Somehow my two online profiles got converted to one and gues what my oldest online profile, the one with my wife as joint got deleted. Everything got scrambled together with the online profile that I'm by myself. One of the suffix that I use for budget, nowhere to be found in my online profile. Trying to reach someone over the phone it's impossible and now with Zoey the digital assistant that works more like the gatekeeper its even worse. Been a member for almost 10 years with car loans and mortgage, my whole family supporting the CU and not feeling like We Florida Financial care for the members. An unprepared and inconvenient Credit Union. Time to move my business some where else.

I could not be happier with the service, advice, follow through than I could be without David. He really helped out financing my car (this is the 2nd one btw). He made the process very simple and to me went above & beyond when I was dealing w/ a not so consumer friendly dealership. A big shout out to him and the APR rate you provided!!
