Terrible experience. Associates at this branch are uncooperative with a total disregard of customer service. Just two people Corina and Kendall are working and they are the rudest people ever.

I have never experience such bad customer service. I’m disgusted with whoever is hiring . These lazy unprofessional staff. It was so bad, as I sat there waiting. I said let me look at the reviews. How these reviews were absolutely correct . I called they said I didn’t need an appointment. Then when I get there . They tell me I need one but I had just called. And she said it so cold and nasty and rude. I don’t even want a well Fargo account anymore. Close this branch down NOW

This locations drive thru atm has been out of cash for at least a week now and the walk up atm is out of service with plastic over it. Not to mention the parking lot and landscaping look horrid.

I don't come in here if I could help it! The person doing the hiring should be FIRED! They have the worst ans slowest staff in any bank I have ever been in! It's always terrible...

Such a poor service. Instead of spending money remodeling your bank you should get more staff. How come supervisors and advisors are just laughing and chatting while only one teller with a line of over 7 people. Management needs to open their eyes and jump as a teller to avoid long lines. Remodeling is a waste of money when your service is not there. Get better please, every time is the same. Idle people chatting and laughing while one teller does it all… smh

I set an appointment to get a notoriety with my mother. The man that came to speak to us, was very short with his answers and told me that we couldn’t get our documents notarized if we both weren’t account holders, (which I understand if that’s a new policy). Mind you, I’ve had documents notarized before at Wells Fargo with other parties that were not account holders. The issue was the rudeness and instead of offering another solution or referring us to another branch. He just walked off and dismissed us saying that there’s nothing that can be done. Did not appreciate the rudeness of that banker at all

My grandmother has been with this bank for 61 Years. She had a lovely banker named Tish. As soon as my grandmothers banker retired, her account started getting hacked and been hacked for the past couple of years. My grandmother called the bank on Monday saying someone was hacking her account AND they took more money out and this bank allowed the transaction to process through. My grandmother went in this morning and she told them about it and they told her they didn’t have TIME to deal with it that she had to make an appointment. But someone else came in with similar issue and they took her… this is so sad my grandmother is 80 years old and no one cares about her at her bank and she’s been there so long … VERY sad. We need more people like Tish who care…. Don’t use this bank.

Worse experience than ever …workers just sit and have conversations with customers about everything else besides getting their job done and assist with other customers ….employees stops leave out the building while clients sitting at desk wasting time I arrive at 3:30 it’s 4:33 so I guess someone will tell me they can’t be helped with it’s 5 minutes to 5:00 pm in that closing and just to say waited a hour for the bank attendant to notarize my paperwork wrong very very sad unbelievable

Poor service experienced today, went in to help an elderly neighbor with a transaction, no acknowledgment or greeting, from the employee saying “be right with you” or anything, very lackadaisical attitude, then to top it off, they couldn’t provide the service we came in for, update:I received the same service from a different WF branch, no issue.

This branch is a mess!!! I came earlier for my appointment, nobody showed up to check me in, there’s people who are walk ins setting, 30 min later they come take them, completely ignoring me. When I was told that I have to wait for more and they don’t know how much, I just left.

I went in here with money orders that I did not use and I asked if I can cash them, and this lady told me that they could not do it, and I had to go back to where I got the money order from. Mind u i told her that i was told it can be done at the bank. It was some lady that had glasses and looked indian. She needs ti be penalized because she gave me WRONG INFO! Even when I was talking about it she was lookin at me like i was crazy! I went to another Wells Fargo and was able to cash it!
