This branch is a mess!!! I came earlier for my appointment, nobody showed up to check me in, there’s people who are walk ins setting, 30 min later they come take them, completely ignoring me. When I was told that I have to wait for more and they don’t know how much, I just left.

Waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. Three lanes open no one has been helped. For 30 minutes same cars waiting to be helped.

I went in here with money orders that I did not use and I asked if I can cash them, and this lady told me that they could not do it, and I had to go back to where I got the money order from. Mind u i told her that i was told it can be done at the bank. It was some lady that had glasses and looked indian. She needs ti be penalized because she gave me WRONG INFO! Even when I was talking about it she was lookin at me like i was crazy! I went to another Wells Fargo and was able to cash it!

Slowest branch I have ever been to, they spent money updating the branch but never have more than 2 tellers working. There are no other branches close by anymore why not bring that staff to work here so we don't have to spend 30+ minutes in line. Avoid this bank of you have any plans for the day

Poor customer service and not friendly. I went to find out about a loan I made but I needed to make sure that I completed everything thing online. She said "you were approved so what are you doing here? After waiting for 1 hour and we were only 2 people waiting.

So bad. The service is bad. I’m waiting for long times. I am coming before than someone else that didn‘t have any appointment. But the person take care of someone else that coming later than me. And I still waiting. The attitude of the staff at work is discriminatory. This branch is not on a first-come, first-served basis.

This is by far the worst and slowest wells fargo I’ve ever encountered. One teller at the drive through for 3 deep cars with no or seldom back up help from the inside tellers. Avoid this branch at all costs

This is the worst Wells Fargo branch. The desk banker's attitudes are pure nasty with no intent to help nor show courtesy to an existing customer. It's unjust to see how management could allow their employee misrepresent a corporation standard.

Wells Fargo is a fraudulent bank that allows ATM transactions that was NOT made by you. You go to report the issue and let it be known that your card was lost and stolen, then they turn around and say they can't help you. Remember everyone this is the same bank that created fraudulent accounts just so that they can meet their quota. Another issue is that when that fraudulent activity happened, they took all of my direct deposit from my job and refused to give it back. Again this is AFTER MY CARD WAS LOST AND STOLEN DIS WHEN WELLS FARGO STOLE MY DIRECT DEPOSIT FROM WORK AND PACKED ON CHARGES FROM DAYS AGO FOR THE SECOND TIME. THEYRE DOUBLE CHARGING. This put me behind on bills because they're selfish! That's two instances that told me it's time to close this account. Choose a real bank. One that fights for you to get your money back and that actually investigates the claim. They're conspirators to fraud! I'm glad it's a recorded line, I wonder how many others have had issues with this "bank".

Worst bank ever the ATMS never work ever not even the ones in the drive-thru to deposit cash. They were closed but the bankers were still at the door and I told the lady about it and she said “Well were closed I don’t know what you want me to do about it” with a nasty attitude. Smh should’ve went to Chase.

They keep a sign on a door that says ‘bathroom out of order so that no one else will try to use the restroom that isn’t an employee. I can tell you that same sign was there over a year ago. Wf should be more professional than that.

Horrible customer service. They have you wait for soooo long just to be seen to get paperwork done if you do not have an appointment. Just to get one piece of paper notarized I waited 55 minutes. Just freaking ridiculous. Everyone that comes in here always complaining and I see why.

Walked in with the hopes to open an account. The bank resembled a ghost town, all the employees were available and seemingly sitting around. I was told they were only helping people with appointments, I asked when the next available appointment was and the response was "I'm booked". Didn't try to offer me another time or day nothing. Mind you, nobody was in the bank and they could've easily taken care of the customer standing directly in front of them but instead opted to stay seated at their desk. Gladly went to another bank and opened an account.
