The management at the marianna location is absolutely rude as can be. I have been on the phone with corporate 6 times today . The Regional manager is not answering corporates emails . The situation is not getting handled . The manager has lied to corporate about situation. Don't buy anything from them they are very unprofessional when handle any situationThe manager tells people that she chooses who can buy from there and who can't if she decides she doesn't want you ad a customer she cancel the agreement.

Well let's see. I have bought laptops,couches, coffee table sets, rugs,dinning room tables, but during the vivid pandemic I returned stuff because of the economy and went back to start again this month was told no because I returned stuff because of the pandemic.really the worst treatment ever and was told by the manager it came from the reginal manager to be strict on who and what customers .just rude.Went to rent a center and they had no problem taking my money.

Purchased a Washer and Dryer through Aaron’s. I did everything online. Aaron’s delivered to my home, removed the old set, and installed the new. Wonderful experience.

I will never ever go back to Aaron's again.bc they tried to say I was due a payment after I done paid the on June 13,22 and the guy said I wasn't due again until July. But then there was lady showed up wanting a payment or my stuff and wanted to argue and then she called and spoke to the man and the manager lady. And keep on saying that I owed them and I shut the door bc I got tired of fussing with them and the she sits in the yard for about 10 minutes and then the manager called me.so I just took more money u there and I said I will pay what's left and won't be back.

I’ve tried financing a bed frame from them and my number supposedly wasn’t working so they canceled my order and didn’t go through with it what type of company does that it’s all good that I’ll give somebody else my money they was unprofessional anyways
