I find this Alabama sourced organization is not privvy to the Florida demographic and the regulation thereof. The loan department is very discriminatory, doesn't pay attention to detail, and lack critical thinking skills. They didn't ask for financial details, years of experience, a business plan, assets, or normal things most lenders ask for when considering a business loan. To turn down a person who has been in business for a decade because you consider them a start up for a new venture before starting the application process is asinine. The loan officer even said he was unfamiliar with the area... I mean that why you ask questions and request a business plan. What kind of incompetent underwriters are you using? I am a native south Floridian who moved to North Florida. Pulling this mess would have gotten a news feature and a loss of business. Florida is very diverse. Graduate and learn your demographics before opening your locations across state lines.

I switched to All in Federal Credit Union about 5 years ago because of the fees at my other bank. Little did I know it would be the best decision I ever made. I also met some really good people they are always smiling and greet you as soon as you walk in.
