“I was having trouble with my battery and had to get a new one. I asked if they could install and the first guy told me no that it was going to be too complicated for him. Doug came out took one look at it and instantly said he would get me squared away to give him about 15 minutes & even hugged me. He got what he could done before his lunch break & then Brett finished the job. Doug was leaving and made sure to ensure me that I was in good hands and that Brett knows his stuff. I'm incredibly impressed with Doug and Brett! I've never been to and O'Reilly's before and felt such a warm welcome, but I feel so blessed to have been able to come here today and do business with them! It doesn't even feel like business. It feels like my uncle's are helping me and I love that!”

I live in Panama City and Bill Cramer wanted to set my appointment for a month away. I’m glad I came and I’ll probably be back for regular service there. I also ask a salesperson to show me how to operate the rear infotainment system and he kindly did just that without hesitation. So thanks again for all your service and I’ll definitely be back”

“We parked last night close by only to discover our Jeep was dead. My husband decided it must be the tow power cable for the lights. I found Panhandle RV, took in the old cable in the afternoon and Chris very kindly ordered me a new one before they closed. It came in right after noon. We drove the RV and the jeep over there and they helped us make sure it was all working with the new cable. So thankful for their help and to be back on the road!”

“I've done business with this chain of parts stores before bumper to bumper bought them out and I've always been happy with everything this was my first time to this specific store but they held up to the same service I've received from the others, the guys know what they're doing and the parts are a good quality the company I was getting parts for had not set up their account with this specific store but they called the one I do business with the most and they handled it for me so I wasn't out of pocket for the cost, thank God I recommend this place for anyone in the area needing parts for regular vehicles, construction equipment, commercial trucks etc.”
“Bought a cheap tire online and had it delivered straight to the store. they emailed me when it got delivered. I went and they mounted and balanced new tire on my spare rim for 21 dollars in like 15 minutes.”
