“I am on my second Sequoia and relocated back to my hometown after my Daddy passed away. There are a handful of Toyota places around, but after reading the reviews, I steered clear. I only needed 150,000mi servicing, a routine check to make sure all is good, and a service dept. that I could rely on and trust. I made an appt and they checked it all out. I had uneven tread wear from hauling horses and failing to rotate tires regularly. They could've done like most, performed the work, take my money, and let me go out the door; but they didn't. They took the time to sit down and explain why they didn't rotate & balance, generated a list of tires that'd best fit my needs- from dirt road & highway driving to hauling. Good people & noticed their service department was really getting other vehicles in and out very efficiently, not having people wait hours on end. I didn't see an unhappy customer in there. They'll have my business as long as I'm in the area! :)”

“I've done business with this chain of parts stores before bumper to bumper bought them out and I've always been happy with everything this was my first time to this specific store but they held up to the same service I've received from the others, the guys know what they're doing and the parts are a good quality the company I was getting parts for had not set up their account with this specific store but they called the one I do business with the most and they handled it for me so I wasn't out of pocket for the cost, thank God I recommend this place for anyone in the area needing parts for regular vehicles, construction equipment, commercial trucks etc.”
