Even though the problem turned out to be too complicated to fully resolve on the spot (modern VW systems can be tricky), they went above and beyond in every possible way:

• Helped me find the most affordable tow truck available
• Located the nearest VW dealership for proper diagnostics
• And - incredibly - they didn’t charge me a single dollar

I can’t say enough good things about Kent at Bush’s Automotive. My family and I broke down while traveling from Louisiana and ended up stranded on the side of the interstate for hours waiting on a tow truck. It was a stressful situation, especially with our trip still ahead of us.
