“I've been banking with First Federal Bank in Marianna since they first opened, and I honestly couldn't ask for a better bank. Over the years, I've had both my checking account and my mortgage with them, and every experience has been exceptional. The biggest reason I've stayed with First Federal for so many years is the people. Lori, Amanda, Shay, Michelle and Jamie are always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help however they can. They truly care about their customers and consistently go above and beyond to make banking easy. Whether I have a simple question or need help with something more involved, they always take the time to explain everything and make sure I'm taken care of. It's hard to find a bank where you feel like family, but that's exactly how First Federal has always treated me. Their customer service is second to none, and it's clear they take pride in building lasting relationships with the people they serve. If you're looking for a bank that combines great products with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend First Federal Bank in Marianna. After banking with them since day one, I can confidently say they've earned my trust and my business for many years to come.”

“Michelle, Amanda, and all of the wonderful people we have gotten to know at this bank have given me, my sister, my Aunt and my Uncle such a wonderful banking experience! We never had to feel nervous, and we felt like we could talk to them about any of our questions or issues, at anytime, and always felt absolute genuine care from them. One time they even stated after hours for me until we were able to fix the issue I had. They are patient, friendly, and are wonderful to be around! A great experience all around!!🤗🤗”
