I have had service since after Hurricane Michael and want to give a shout out to Toro for bringing me on and helping my family get back connected. He and his company are amazing!! He has personally taken the time to come to my home and help me set up my devices and get everything running properly!! Thanks again you are Awesome Toro!!

Blue Magic came to the rescue and has been the best internet service I have ever had especially that I travel all over the US and have had constant service pretty much everywhere I have been!! Sherry is super helpful and always very timely with her responses. Always so eager to help and has went above and beyond to take care of us when we need a short turn around with our service. Have turned several people on to these folks and their services because it’s small business mindset and customer needs first action plans.they hold true to their word and absolutely take care of their customers. . Would definitely recommend to anyone who is need of WiFi. These people are kind, knowledgeable, and get back to you very quickly. I waited a couple days, got my package and everything was set up for me, and precise notes of what was what, and so on. I will recommend to any of my friends in the future who are in need of internet service. Thank you Blue Magic ?

This company is a joke! They loose account info. Dismiss you as soon as they have to call you back. Overcharge for modem. And almost impossible to pay your bill! They're a joke don't bother! Its cheaper to buy modem out right and service plan from msp.

Terrible customer service! I’ve had problem after problem with them. I’m sure I’m on my 8th SIM card now as they keep “updating their portal” and the old SIM card won’t work which leaves me without wifi for weeks on end. Their customer service is supposed to be “great” but they are very rude and not willing to try to make things right. I would definitely recommend getting wifi from somewhere else and avoid lots of headaches!

Place pushes false advertising. It claims to pull from all towers but is locked to Att. Then the plans change, so much that you always need a new sim card. Prices have changed 4 to 5 times since having them to unlimited going away down to 800, 400, 200. So you paying more for non unlimited. I just went to Verizon..

Toro & Dom's Mobile Hut was a life saver after 2018/ Hurricane Michael. If anyone is looking for internet service - skip Consolidated & Comcast & reach out to Dom's. Blue Magic ISP is the cheapest, most dependable way to go. NO buffering, plus it's mobile. Take it where every you go. I had to spend 3 weeks in a remote part of VA with the most awful signals at that location. Using my Night Hawk, I had internet connection 100% of the time. I highly recommend this. Call & ask for Toro.

Decent Connection when the service isn't down, I personally have had so many problems with the service probably had about 6-8 Sim card replacements, have gone multiple weeks without service in the past. Been forced to move from an unlimited plan to a 800gb with an upcharge without anyway to contact AT&T directly for any problems I have. And now currently experiencing the slowest connection ever Download Speeds of 0.06mbps and Upload of 0.16mbps I've stuck with the service because it has been my only choice. Plus to top it all off gaming on the connection has always been a problem due to the Restrictive Nat Type not being able to be changed.

Purchased modem/router and then two weeks later on December 31 service was shut off and has been off since. I call in and they keep trying to sell me a more expensive plan and a new SIM card. I keep telling them I don’t want a new plan that is more expensive that I just want the plan that I picked out and paid for that wasn’t even used for more than a month. They keep saying that they will get the SIM cards in that I will need and so far nothing has come of that. So beware when dealing with this company they will sell you a product then cancel said service to that product and demand more money to continue with their service. Again my warning to those who are thinking of using this company “Buyer beware”

I have had Blue Magic for 2 years now. The internet service is much better than the Line of sight service that I had previously. Speeds and reliability is good. Sometimes AT&T will mess up on service delivery but Blue Magic always gets me back up and going.

We have had service through Blue Magic for about year. In that time, I cannot count how many routers we have replaced, sim cards we have driven to Marianna to pick up because our internet only worked for 15-30 minutes before failing, or how many times we asked to be put on auto pay so the service wouldn't be disconnected every month.This time, we're being told the service was disconnected because they are implementing a new system. We were told to leave our number and somebody would call back by Monday. No notice, just disconnected service out of nowhere and nobody to fix the problem when we called.We have been frustrated with the service since day one and finally asked to cancel our plan. We were told there was nobody in the office who could do that either and we needed to send an email.Why have employees if they can't fix the internet service when it's down or handle billing issues?We have tried to make it work for months, but we are taking our business elsewhere. Good luck to anyone who signs up with the most frustrating internet provider in the area.
