Pharmacist is completely unprofessional. I called to find my medication because it was on backstock elsewhere. This pharmacy is an hour out of the way for me but I had my doctor call it in to them anyways and figured I’d make the trip because I need my medication. After they called me to let me know it was ready, my pharmacy that I pass every day on my way to work (and also gives it to me for $7, when he was going to charge me $60 🙃) called and told me they had my prescription in and ready so I called to cancel my order at this pharmacy.
The pharmacist proceeded to berate me while telling me that it costs him money to get the prescription ready and kept asking who was going to compensate him for his time. He implied that I should be the one to do so because he received the prescription and checked my insurance. He tried to scold me like a child and then said I should “do the right thing” and pick it up from him because he took the ten minutes out of his day to handle it.
Guy is absolutely out of his mind if he thinks I’ll ever set foot in his establishment after how he spoke to me.

Care Rite Pharmacy has been the most professional and courteous pharmacy of all my years. Care Rite provides fast and efficient service. They communicate well with my physicians and insurance providers. They help me save money and time. Every visit, I get a friendly smile and a sincere greeting. They appreciate my service. They are second to none. This is what a pharmacy must of been like back in the hayday of customer service. They earned my loyalty. They will be my pharmacy for life.

We have been having trouble finding our son’s prescription medication. Last month his mom called Care Rite and they confirmed they had it in stock. The doctor sent the medication over and the pharmacist called me a short time later to rectify an insurance problem. He said it would be ready shortly and we hung up. Several minutes later the pharmacist called back and said he did not realize he did not have it in stock any longer. This resulted in us having to get the doctor to resend it again to a different pharmacy but it was end of day and we could not get the prescription until Monday. No big deal though we get it, everyone is short on these meds.Well his mom called AGAIN this month and the pharmacist said he had it in stock, and would save it and not fill it for anyone else since she called and the issue that happened last time. A short time later he calls me and says the insurance company will only reimburse him a certain amount of money and then said “I’m going to lose a $100 on this prescription so I’m not filling it”. No apology, no offer to help us find out how to get this rectified, nothing. Just I’m not losing money. Zero concern for the fact that these are meds he NEEDS and we have called you in advance and given you our insurance information!!! I questioned him about whether that was something he could legally do and he said “oh I don’t have it anyways” when I pointed out he was lying and didn’t want to fill it he said he just used the last of it 2 mins ago. I again pointed out he was lying and told us he had it and that I was going to report this to our insurance company. His response was to tell me he didn’t care, “lying or not I’m not going to fill it” he was VERY rude, stated several times that he’s not losing money and I finally just hung up.Just a heads up for those going there who have OptumRx. I checked with them and he absolutely can refuse to fill it if he’s going to lose money, which I understand. It was his general attitude, the fact that he already had our insurance on file and could’ve just told us that, and then lied about not having it. It’s a business, the man needs to feed his family, but his approach was absolutely awful and twice he had caused us to have to delay filling a medication because he told us he had it but couldn’t fill it when the Rx was sent to him a less than an hour later.

This pharmacy is amazing and they provide five star service.I was seeking a medication that was difficult to find and this pharmacy had it in stock; but that’s not the best part. The friendliness and helpful staff is what sets them apart. I’ve never had a pharmacy be so helpful, willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs. Give them a try, they will not disappoint.Thank you all for being so amazing!

I just changed to this pharmacy, and was so happy to see how they took the time to add the extra labels for your information on the medicine containers with specific instructions like do not take with Antacids, do not chew or crush. Keep in refrigerator, take with food, all of these are very important instructions I feel comfortable using this pharmacy.

I'm very disappointed I have no insurance, my arnp recommended them for low cost GENERIC meds. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD TRY TO HELP PEOPLE WITH NO INSURANCE WITH THE CHEAPEST PRICE and THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE.When they told me the price I questioned it and asked was it the lowest price and they assured me it was. I paid $125.00 for my scripts which was way out of my financial means they assured me it was, out of curiosity I WENT to Winn Dixie to see how much it would be and to my SUPRISE there cost for my scripts was $48.00. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN. I'm VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

Very compassionate and always go above and beyond for not only my prescriptions but also my children. Friendly staff, always a clean store and take their patients care seriously. Their generic prescription program is also affordable and competitive to Winn dixie's program. This is the only pharmacy I trust.

We love this pharmacy!!! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The friendliest staff that truly cares about their customers. They show so much concern for you and are so happy for you when they see you are feeling better. You also cannot complain about their prices!!! The best pharmacy around and I highly recommend them!!
