Chipola Ford Service Department not only met my expectations but exceeded them by a Looong Shot.
I recently relocated to the area from South Florida and developed an engine trouble code for overboost.
Since my truck has ALWAYS been serviced by Ford Dealerships I called Chipola Ford for an appointment.
I’ve owned my truck for 7 of its 9 years and have had to go through SEVERAL dealerships in South Florida to locate one that could provide HONEST and quality service.
Relocating to the Panhandle caused me some apprehension about going through another search for a new Service Provider for my truck.
Much to my surprise, I feel like I hit the Lotto with finding the Friendly, HONEST and Professional folks at Chipola Ford Service Department.
Needless to say my needs were met in a timely manner and they were happy to go the extra mile to deal with my Aftermarket Warranty policy.
I only have 145,000 miles on my 2016 Lariat and with Chipola Fords Great Service along the way I look forward to meeting my goal of 300,000 miles.

Purchased a truck from Chipola Ford from out of state. John Allen was my salesman - Excellent experience all the way around including their business department. Hopefully will purchase more vehicles in the future - highly recommended based on my experience.
