10/10 services department got me in fast and taken care of. Great customer service they were flat out honest about everything nothing was hidden. I will go here from now on. It's worth the drive, avoid auto nation and go here!!!!!! I'm buying my next car here

Chipola Ford was great to work with for ordering a new vehicle from the factory. I purchased a Bronco which is such a popular model the only way to get the model and features you want is to order it. I had my custom made Bronco in 4 months through Chipola Ford. They were great to work with.

Very poor service - I made an appointment for service over a month in advance. When my appointment day arrived I dropped my vehicle off for service at the specified time. Each time I checked on the vehicle, I was given a new excuse. A week later no work had been completed for any of the repairs that I brought the vehicle in for. More excuses. I picked the truck up with nothing being fixed. The proper thing to do would be to tell me that you can't work on my vehicle and turn me away. I was told that the vehicles in front of me had been there for 6 weeks.... The service department is terrible.

We were lied to several times about the car being worked on and when it would be finished. They kept the car over a month. We still paid the amount they quoted in the end with taxes and labor. Would not recommend them. I would use someone else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This dealership took my truck in and said they could repair my truck. A week later I go to pick my truck up. They wouldn’t let me test drive it until I paid. So I paid. I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot. They did not fix anything. They cleared the codes and charged me $1000.

Made an appointment and wouldn't you know, they took me in right on time. I was just getting an oil change but some places make you wait forever. I'm be bringing my ford here for all my services

I brought my vehicle in a week or two before Thanksgiving and did not get it back until the end of January. During this time I was told, on 3 different occasions, the technician was out all week with a family emergency. I was told multiple times my vehicle was going to be worked on, only to find out a week later it was never worked on. I never received any update calls, I always had to call to get an update. I heard many times that the problem comes from being under staffed.

If I could give no stars I would! I bought a used car and in less then 8 months 2 of my window stop working!! 750$ to fix!! 2 months after that another window stop working, 3 months after that one of my door won’t open and now the 4th window stop working!! This is a 2016 Hyundai, and things shouldn’t be breaking down like this at such a high cost! They sold a bad car and they know it. Earlier this year I tried to get an appointment and they said they are booked for 2 months and I have to wait and call back! What? Bad business, 0 out of 10 I do not recommend.
