That lady at the front desk is so rude. I've been coming here for years, had to take my car in, and she's always in a bad mood, giving you a horrible attitude, like she wouldn't get paid or pay her bills with the customers' money. Second, they replaced something in my car that wasn't necessary and said that it wasn't working when it was, and she charged me $300. Mind you, she's also the one who gives you the prices. Even for a simple thing that would take a regular person an hour, she charged three hours of labor. We're talking about mechanics who've been doing it for a long time with experience, and they charge for three hours? They need to bring back the guy they used to have at the front desk. I will not be coming back, and neither will my family. She also disrespected me when she's just a front desk worker, not even the owner. Let's not even mention that you have to stay on top of her because she'll say she called you and never does, but when the owner's son is next to her, she'll lie and say she's been calling you and it's you who wouldn't answer the phone the whole time. They don't care about their customers; if they really cared, they would have already hired a different person who actually knows how to treat customers.

Daddy had his front and rear brakes replaced as well as an oil change. Took it first thing in the morning, left it and it was done and ready for pickup by lunchtime. Excellent knowledgeable service.

Kelly is great up at the front shop!! Quick, experienced and will get you in and out. Back shop (for bigger jobs) was fantastic too! Truck runs better than ever!

This place lies to you. They told me that I needed a ball joint on my truck and quoted me over 400 dollars. I went to get a second opinion with someone I trust and they told me nothing was wrong with them. The only thing wrong was my tire rod. So don’t trust them.
