Had the pleasure of talking to Amanda today about switching from Verizon. She was very helpful and nice. Explained everything very well and can tell she enjoys her job. She was very busy when I first stopped by but she did a very good job at multitasking and answering all the questions I had while handling 2 other groups of people as well. Will be recommending her and Cricket to everyone

Absolutely garbage! No customer service at all. If you want at&t go to at&t. Straight talk has better service absolute no reason to go to this store.

Amanda the manager at the marianna cricket wireless store is very rude will not help at all try's to over charge for everything i would give her an this store 0 stars if I could an would recommend no one to buy from her an this store.

I just switched from AT&T to Cricket. Dominic at this store went above and beyond to help me. Dominic had a great attitude, was very knowledgeable, and even used his own phone to help get mine switched (my phone was unuasable). I'm very impressed by my service experience here.
