Been coming here since I was a minor. I’m now 28 Mistakes happen. I get it. However Jessie in the pharmacy needs an extra class on customer service. I don’t need attitude and to be mocked when I ask for a copy of the refund receipt in case something happens on MY bank’s side I have proof that said refund occurred. It took all I had to just walk out. Never experienced someone as disrespectful as her. I’ve seen people lose their jobs for less

Took my parents to get flu shot today at 2:30 pm. There were 2 people ahead of them waiting already. We left at 3:05 pm because the 2 people waiting ahead of us were still waiting and the guy that was supposed to be doing them was taking forever doing nothing. The pharmacy wasn't busy at all. No lines and hardly any customers even came through. They need someone else besides this super slow person giving the flu shots. Totally unacceptable!

Pharmacy didn't want to fill my 73 year old husband's oxycodone prescription because they don't like my Dr's office. It's a shame patients have to suffer in pain because the pharmacist doesn't like a Dr's office.

I recently moved to Fla from N Ga and used the CVS there for over 40 years- rarely had a problem! BUT the CVS in Mariana Fla is absolutely HORRIBLE! I’ve had nothing but “lost” prescriptions, “forgot to order” prescriptions and not being able to get a pain med prescription without a huge problem! The Pharmacy employees are rude, hateful and very disrespectful to their customers. I’ve tried talking to the manager, called Corporate and nothing has helped. Thankfully I found another pharmacy and transferred all m prescriptions. Corporate CVS needs to read this and audit this particular CVS!!!!
I can not believe something hasn’t been done about this CVS location!!!!!
I HAD to give 1 star just to leave this review but in all honesty it should have a negative 100 stars!!

This is the only CVS in the area, so it’s convenient but that also means they can be a bit slow, especially at the pharmacy. Some staff members aren’t the friendliest, and the store can feel a bit understocked at times. That said, they do get prescriptions filled, which is a big plus.

My wife Melissa and I are always amazed at the high volume of customer traffic at the Marianna, FL CVS, and yet with the high tempo faced by the pharmacy staff, they always are courteous and helpful, whether at the counter or on the phone. Best chain pharmacy in town! These guys are consistently quick and pleasant. There's closer pharmacies but popping into CVS is always a great time.

Would give O stars if it would let me .. came to get my prescription and they said it was put back because of 14 days um No 3 days thank you so much no call or text . NOW I've been waiting 3 hours for the prescription and it's still not ready .. So slow ! And rude 😒! If you can use somewhere else

I had the worst experience with this pharmacy. Would give a zero if i could. Had my insulin transfered over was out of town on vacation I had to do all the phone calls to get it going could not tell me they didn't have it until I actually showed up there with 6 people behind the counter made another gentleman in pain go to the outside drive thru to actually get waited on when there was only one person in line on the inside. Disgusting work ethics for dealing with anyone much less the people dealing with illness

I'm new to the area, needed an urgent care, tried the minute clinic here. I was extremely surprised by the care I received. Very professional, thorough. Tiffany the lpn was a delight, I was feeling really crummy and she was just calm, patient and sweet. The PA Scott Kelly was very nice,also thorough and took care of my issue. The whole experience was actually very pleasant. The minute I showed up there was someone there to assist me. Thank you all for the fast, excellent service. I hope I don't have to come back, but if I need assistance like this again you bet I'll be back! UPDATE... I have used their televisit service for online medical care twice now and it was great. Prompt, very professional, great Dr each time. Easy and quick!! Thank you CVS for this service!

What kind of pharmacy doesn’t allow you to SPEAK TO THE PHARMACIST? Absolutely ridiculous. I live in Missouri and my daughter ended up in the ER in Marianna. They sent it to Walmart (who didn’t have the script in stock and said it would be 24 hours before they got it in) so they sent it to CVS. I needed to make sure they had the prescription before my 84 year old mother drove from Chipley to pick it up but they don’t answer their phone so she had to drive over without knowing if they even had the prescription. She got there and they DIDN’T receive the prescription from Walmart. Not their fault but a simple ANSWERING the damned phone would have saved her driving over late at night to go through this hassle. And they wouldn’t call Walmart to get it either. So I had to call the ER and have them send it directly to them because GUESS WHAT Walmart wouldn’t answer either. Guess it’s a Marianna thing but pharmacies should answer the phone…..
