Took my vehicle to this Firestone location to have my tires checked found out that I needed 4 new tires the lady at the front Ashley was so kind and patient with me and helped me get exactly what I needed to be safe on the road thank you Mrs Ashley for all your hard work and dedication you deserve a raise

Came to Firestone to check on some tires and an oil change. Ashley was very helpful in me making my decision to get tires and an oil change from them. Outstanding service. All employees were kind an polite. Thanks again Firestone and Ashley for making me safe on the roads again.

Ashley and Chris are absolutely amazing people. The best customer service skills I've seen in a very long time. My first time using Firestone in Marianna, FL but will not be my last. Highly recommend. Thank you guys so so much. I showed up but y'all showed out. Lol

Had a fairly good experience with this Firestone. They thoroughly checked over my 23-year-old vehicle and reported back honestly and in a very timely manner. quotes for already known repairs were fast, I wouldn't be able to comment on the pricing as all the other mechanic shops that I contacted were unable to call me back. The Manager was super helpful Ashley was very nice hopefully she wins the trip. Lol...
Update... Had a bunch of work done on my 23-year-old Toyota at this location..Had a couple hiccups along the way but that's expected with an old vehicle. The guys at the location are extremely professional and handled everything appropriately. They got me in and out of there in a decent time frame with an issue that needed to be troubleshooted. Absolute life savers for me.

I was stranded on the side of I-10, two hours from home, and called Firestone in Marianna about 30 minutes before closing. Ashley was amazing — she explained how I could have my car towed there and drop the key in the dropbox. I thought it might be the alternator, and she went over all the pricing and repair time. Even though it was a Friday evening, she said they’d run a diagnostic first thing Saturday and could have it done the same day — and that’s exactly what they did!
Ashley, Chris, and the whole team were friendly, professional, and took great care of me. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
