Have had my car back a month and a half and not happy. They said the separation on my fender, bumper and hood is from someone messing with my car. No one has touched my car until today when I had an alignment done. I will not ever return here for any kind of work again. I wish the previous owners still were here.Services: Painting

I do not recommend Hollis at all. The manager threatened to put hands on me all because I asked two questions politely about my car. My car sat for two weeks without any work done to it because they “couldn’t get the parts in”.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Our car was dropped off there August 9th. After multiple calls to them, we were finally told our car was ready to be picked up September 24th! Went by and they didn't replace the stripe on the passenger side, left off a plastic piece by the hood, passenger side window tint was messed up and didn't attach the rear spoiler correctly. They offered to correct the issues so the car was taken back two days later. I was then informed that it would take me either leaving the car over night again or bringing it back once again for a day. We have been without this car for almost 7 weeks and it's still not completely repaired. Disappointed and frustrated would be an understatement.Services: Body & Trim

Hollis clearly isn’t what it used to be! I took my car there to be repaired and only 1 spot was repaired! I am a travel nurse, so I had to get someone to drop my car off AGAIN to have the other repairs finished! Then when I got my car back, I had scratches to the front bumper of my car that weren’t there before! My car is yellow and it looked as if they just took some yellow nail polish to paint over the scratches on my bumper that WERE NOT there before! I understand they are booked but I have used them several times previously and swore by them but never again! Every time I look at my car, it makes me mad all over again! Make sure you inspect your car thoroughly before taking it home!Services: Body & Trim

I brought my car car in to be fixed because I hit a deer. It took about 2 weeks to fix my car. Then 2 weeks after it was fixed it started to act weird. I brought it to the dealership and come to find out they didn't put a battery cable back on correctly.Services: Body & Trim

Scheduled an appointment May 25th and they could not get me in until June 21st which is no problem at all since it gives me time to schedule everything I might need before dropping my vehicle off. Jesse from the office calls a week later saying "we can get you in a week sooner, call if you would like to reschedule, otherwise we still have you for June 21st." I couldn't reschedule sooner so I did not call back, just wanted to stay on schedule as planned. June 21st comes around and I call Hollis body shop and they have changed my appointment to July 12th without even telling me.I go in because I wanted to try and get my regular appointment but Ken in the office said that Jesse called and left a message about changing the appointment. I played the message for him and explained the situation but now they can't guarantee when it will get done because they are backed up and also had workers quit. I stated that we scheduled an appointment and they need to keep their word and Ken says "we can't guarantee it'll be done on time, you can't have your appointment, if you need a guarantee then don't bring it here"I left and GOD willing I will never return, if they can't be honest in their scheduling and office work then they won't be honest behind the scenes on my vehicle in my opinion.
