I will not be coming back due to the price hike of services. I was normally charge between $120-$130 for a oil change. I wasn’t told about the price change until services were done. I was charged $287 for oil change never again.

Ladies and gentlemen, it is SO WORTH THE DRIVE! From the phone conversation with Edwin, to speaking with Victoria in person, and every employee encounter I've come in contact with at Marianna Chevrolet, it has been an absolute pleasure coming here. It is the best experience I have ever had with ANY dealership. If you haven't been and are in need to ask questions or just want to stop in, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! My rating is 10/10.

We looked all over for a specific car and every place we looked that was nearby could not meet our budget. Looking a little further out I found my car and they could get the numbers to fit my budget! From the very beginning working with Josh via phone was so easy. Josh was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Once I made the drive out there Tiffaney picked me up from where I turned my old lease in and we went for a test drive. Working with Tiffaney was like buying a car from a trusted friend. Everything went smooth. She wasn’t pushy about the sale. Tiffaney even helped me with some new apps that came with the car!In the finance department where I met fellow Star Wars nerds Brandon and Jonathan they were a huge help walking me through the numbers.I appreciate the whole team over there at Marianna Chevrolet.Thank YouI Love my new car!!

Great service with a lovely crew. They were so quick to help, and to answer any questions I had. Waiting room was very clean, and even had popcorn, I love popcorn!! Went for an oil change, left with a great experience!!!!! Will definitely be back, soon.

The ownership seems to have made a lot of positive changes around here. After walking in, I was greeted with friendly people. I was able to get my oil changed and get back to my day quickly. I even enjoyed some popcorn while I waited.

Whoever your service advisor was was very rude disrespectful told me to take the quote or go elsewhere. I could not believe spoke to me like that he blew my mind. The shop had my truck for 7 days never even done anything with it all they wanted to do was fix the emergency brake that was broke I live in New York state it was rusted the mechanic named Jimmy little guy tried to say I stepped on the emergency brake and that's how it broke I went there specifically to have my master cylinder looked at they wanted to charge me $4,000 to do brakes all the way around I went and got my truck and left I will be passing this on to the public to never bring your vehicle there again

From the moment I arrived I had To walk in and tell them what I was There for. I had An appointment at 11 and arrived at 1045. After telling them what I needed Done I walked Into the waiting area. No snack machine, half stokes fridge of waters. After an hour and 10 minutes go by I was wondering the progress. So I asked The customer service team and all they could tell me “oh he’s getting it” finally at 1245 I refused To wait any longer so I go Back to the customer service desk and tell them I waited Long enough for the service to be done. Only to find out all they completed was oil change and tire rotation. Not even service 4 wheel drive system. So from 1045-1245 to change oil and rotate tires??? Come on

This is the worst service department I’ve ever encountered. On August 15th I brought my 2023 Buick Envision in for its first service appointment (oil change and tire rotation). They changed the oil, I think. Did not reset the oil life indicator. Don’t think they changed the filter because the filter life indicator still read 71%. Maybe the filter did not need to be changed, but the service advisor did not explain this. The tire pressure was not checked to make sure all tires were at the recommended tire pressure. The service advisor called me to her work station to show me on her computer screen damage to one of my tires. She indicated that they didn’t think they should rotate the tires because of the damage. I told her to go ahead and put a new tire on to replace the damaged tire. I then went back to the waiting room. A different service advisor came into the waiting room to tell me they did not have the tire that went on my vehicle. He said they could order one but he wasn’t sure when it would arrive or how much it cost. I told him I had to go to Birmingham AL on the 17th and would they be able to get the tire before I needed to leave. Again he wasn’t sure but he would call me to let me know. I did not receive a phone call before I left for Birmingham. I called my service advisor on Tuesday the 22nd to see if they had the tire. She didn’t know and would have to check with the parts department. She tried to call the parts department while I was on the phone but said they didn’t answer and she would have to call me back. Did not receive a phone call. I have since called another dealership to have the tire ordered. To add insult to injury, I received a phone call today from the service advisor asking if I had paid for the tires they put on back on August 15th. I had to explain to her that they never changed the tire. I will not be using this dealership in the future.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Our brand new 2023 truck was towed by GMC roadside on April 11th. We waited until around 11am to call on April 12th. They swore they didn't have it. They magically found the truck and let us know the battery was dead and they didn't know how to move it into the shop. Mind you, we are stranded in this town. We got an uber (luckily bc it's scarce out there) and they had no updates for us. They were just chit chatting and had no intention on working on our vehicle stating it could be a couple weeks. They refused to answer our phone calls and even GMC corporate. We thought we had hope as our dealership we purchased it from said they have the part that this dealership claimed it was but if they sent it they said they couldn't guarantee it would be used on our vehicle. Also, supposedly said they were not allowed to transfer parts from other dealerships. Finally towards the end of May corporate was arranging our truck to be towed to our dealership. Magically about 30mins later we receive a call our truck is fixed. They tow it to us (as we are 3 1/2 hours away) May 30th at 8:50pm. June 1st we are able to inspect the vehicle in daylight (we do work for a living and didn't have a chance before then). They had our passenger panel off and an old fuse in the seat. Our assumption is that is all they did was replace a fuse. Of course this is just the beginning of our problems as it has now been at a total 3 different dealerships. We are unable to get assistance for our expenses at this time. So Buyer Beware. Do not choose a GMC because if there is a problem GMC is not helping you, especially at this dealership.

Had a pleasurable experience working with Gavin Cooper. They found me the truck I was looking for in Mississippi and had it there the next day. Gave me a great deal on upgrading the rims to the ones I wanted. Josh Maloy gave me a great trade-in valuation. Looking forward to dealing with them more in the future.

They were great. We were on vacation, and two of our tires' steel belts separated. They were so nice to find tires to replace them and get us on our way. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. Thanks for all your help.

First time I had my car taken here for an oil change. Techs thought it was a different model and underfilled my engine by 4 quarts (10qt engine). My guess is techs were ready to go home since it was Friday and didn't care. Had to take car back Monday and they redid the oil change and they did refund my money. After this I brought the car back multiple times for oil changes with no issues. Today I scheduled service via phone and was told the company had new owners. My car was brought in for its scheduled oil change and it turns out the price of an oil change almost doubled from what it used to be. $200 for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. I could go to any store, buy 10qts of oil, buy an oil filter, buy ramps, and buy a drain pan for less than $200. I will not have my car back at this dealership for service ever again.

Ronnie did an excellent job of finding me a Bolt EUV with what I needed. He kept up good communication on the delivery status and made the final purchase smooth and easy. I was anxious about last minute 'hickups' or changes to what was agreed to over txt and email but it wasn't necessary. Everything was as promised. Marianna is a little out of the way from Tallahassee but the customer service and simple purchasing prices made the hour drive with it. If you're looking, test drive locally then reach out. 90% of my deal was handle through txt and email (very convenient on my schedule) so I just had to show up and sign the paperwork. My bet is that the extra hour drive could save you big on the final price.

The service we received at this dealership was superb. We searched and searched for the best deal on a Tahoe and we found it here. Very easy to work with and five star treatment. The sales manager Josh was very patient and insisted he would give us the best deal. He was correct! We purchased our 2023 Tahoe Z71 from him. The transaction was seamless. He had our vehicle delivered to Jacksonville, FL and gave us a good deal for delivery. Our car was handled with care and looked exactly like the pictures he sent. I will not hesitate to call him in the future for the best deal! Thank you!!
