I’ve had a fantastic experience with Pack-Rat! The customer service (Andrea) is outstanding—every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with everything. One of the best storage facilities I’ve ever used. Very clean and extremely friendly staff. I used their climate controlled unit and it kept all of my personal belongings from receiving any damage throughout the whole year I rented there. I like that their storage units are gate controlled for extra security. Will definitely be my first pick if I ever need another storage unit!
