“I am more impressed every time I visit or call Tractor Supply. Any issue I have ever had has been handled with professionalism, politeness, and a level of courtesy that goes well beyond the common customer service experience. When I ask for guidance in the store, an associate personally walks me through the store and assists me. None of this pointing in a general direction and saying, “It is over there.” They take the time to help me find what I need, and that seemingly small gesture makes a considerable difference. And when I call customer service? Friendly, personable people, clear English communication, genuine concern, and helpful assistance. There is something refreshing about a conversation where you feel heard, understood, and helped. Nothing built by man is perfect. Problems happen. What matters is how a business responds when they do, and Tractor Supply has consistently given me reasons to appreciate how they treat their customers. Honoring someone’s time and patronage should be standard practice. Tractor Supply does it better than most, and I believe that deserves recognition. Thank you to the associates in the aisles and the people answering the phones. Your courtesy is noticed, your effort is appreciated, and it keeps me coming back.”

“This is where Finnegan McNeil and his little brother, Quinnelan go to get groomed. We just love visiting Miss Terry and get very excited when we know that is where we are going, but no tell our fans on the Internet, we have them believing we no like very bad grooming and we must keep up our reputation, aye! She does an excellent job and we even tried other groomers around town after she was shut down after Hurricane Michael and they no compare, aye!”
