I had an appointment, and they got me in at my appointment time. The lady who drew the blood only had to stick me one time, and I am a hard stick.
The checkin process was the only drawback, but if you download the app, you can avoid it entirely. Otherwise, make sure you have a physical copy of your insurance card and driver's license. You will need it to scan.
If you hit a button that says that you don't consent, you can bypass scanning.

I was worried when I couldn't get anyone on the phone to answer my questions. I did the research and took the chance of buying the extended titer test on their website. I ordered on Friday night and made the appt for the next morning at 9:10 am. I got there 10 mins early, checked in on the computer, then sat down in the lobby. I sat for about 5 minutes before I was called back. Got back out to my car at 9:13.
The phlebotomist was very professional. Best experience I've ever had drawing blood. Barely felt it. She did amazing. I got my test results on Thursday night. I got the answers I needed. This experience was surprisingly great and I will be back if I need more blood drawn.

I brought my mother in to have labs drawn this morning, 3/1/25. She is a very hard stick, her veins roll, skin is thick and tough, and Stephanie was still able to get her with 1 stick. We were in and out in 6 minutes.

I had an appointment so wait time was not long at all. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Will definitely be returning this location in the future.

Do not go here if you want to be treated like a person. I had to give urine sample for a job but was having a hard time catching enough for my sample. Was given no instructions other than to wait. Waited for 30 minutes, drank water, but again had the same issue. Was met with major attitude from two different employees and I asked if I could reschedule. Was told it would be documented as refusal to test ( even though I peed two separate times that would have given them the appropriate amt to test that they dumped). Told them I'd wait again and was told with an ugly tone that I probably should wait more than 30 minutes this time. Mind you I've NEVER done this before and was not given any instructions from the time I walked in the door. So I waited for an hour, drank 3 more cups of water and finally was able to deliver a usable sample. But the amt of attitude and contempt I was met with from the start was ridiculous. It's worth it to drive somewhere else for me from now on.

Best nurse I've had drawing blood or IVs in 15 years. I would hire her just to follow me around to all my treatments, which are all the time!! Lol

I am hard to get blood drawn from. My person was quick, friendly and professional, plus she was able to get five vials of blood from one stick. Thank you Quest! Thank you young lady!

Quest tried to charge us for something that we didn't even owe for per our INS, we do not have a deductible nor a copay and yet Quest refused, REFUSED to LABS for my wife because she would not pay your fee for Quest to hold and Collect interest for 30 to 45 days. AGAIN the fee was not due according to the insurance Co, we would never recommend Quest ever again, and actually we will be talking to the stats of FL. over this sincerely John Tuttle E.M.T.P.

My 2nd time at Marianna Quest. I had an appointment & could have eaten lunch before I was called back. Excellent technician, no pain on blood draw. It took SO long to find my DR on computer, I had visited before w same Dr. I had to call Dr’s office & ask for his first name! Way too long a wait this visit.

I didn’t catch the name of the sweet lady who drew my blood, but as someone who can’t stand getting blood drawn she was a God send! In and out in less than 5 minutes. She spoke to me the whole time, keeping me distracted and laughing. I told her I get nervous and she knew exactly what to do! I never leave reviews, but am hoping she sees this and knows how thankful and grateful I am for people like her! - Allison Brown 🫶
