This branch is amazing! Everyone I encountered was so polite and knowledgeable. I drove 5 hours here to handle some family business and could not have been happier. I worked with Brandi and she was absolutely amazing! I wish I lived closer because they would definitely be my bank of choice!

Different hours on Google than on front door! We were traveling away from our home Truist branch and needed to make an important deposit on a Saturday. We knew we were not able to arrive at the Marianna, FL branch until 12:30pm but according to Google the branch is open till 1:00pm on Saturday. When we arrived on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 12:30pm the branch was deserted. When we checked the door the hours posted for Saturday indicated that they close at 12:00pm. Really? Update your hours on Google and social media. Not everyone can see your door!!!!!

Pulled in the drive through at 1109 to make a cash deposit. I waited for 5 minutes before pressing the call button to get service and a deposit slip. It's now 1136, and I'm finally pulling out of the line. Terrible service, terrible bank.

This bank tried to charge me $8 to cash a check that was written on their bank. Didn't even ask me the amount. I walked away. Small towns won't support businesses like this for long. ?

This bank has the rudest staff ever. I tried to cash a united States treasury check I was going to deposit part of it and get cash back. I was told they couldn't do that...they would have to wait to put it in before they could give me any cash. Maybe tomorrow. ...they don't know. I have had a direct deposit at the bank for year's before it was truist.I'm looking for another bank

I don't personally bank with SunTrust but one of my clients does and they wrote me a check so I went to the SunTrust in Marianna Florida and tried to cash this check they were extremely rude and very unhelpful nonetheless I could not get my check cashed but not only was my experience terrible there was a guy in front of me in line who had a much worse experience than I did let's just say he walked out saying if you cuss words and the tell her who is assisting him was extremely unhelpful all he did was give the man a go to hell look this is the worst bank I've ever been to I would not recommend anyone banking at SunTrust Bank in Marianna Florida

I have been banking here for many years & ever since they cut back to only having one location I've been having a lot of issues. I deposited my check 3 days ago at the location expecting it to show up automatically in my account but it still hasn't cleared. I have bills to pay & this is causing me to have to pay interest on these bills since I am unable to pay them with them not clearing my check when they are supposed to. This is not the first time that this has happened to me. If they do not get there act together I will be (TRUST)ing my personal finances elsewhere.

If I could rate a zero I would!! Opened an account last Wednesday with my payroll check and was told funds would be available next day. End of next day, no funds. Called the banker who opened the account and was told the check was being returned for insufficient funds. Started calling my payroll department on Friday, called banker again and was told this time check was being returned for nonpayment...which could be a stop payment. At which point I have quit this new job because who is going to work where they can't get their pay??

I know it is new but the facility is awful. It has a uninviting atmosphere and it feels very uncomfortable to be there. There is usually only one or two people helping customers and the lines are very long. I waited in line for 30 minutes one day and wanted to walk out and never come back but I had no choice but to stay to make my payment. You can not go through the drive through and conduct business like other banks. Instead, you see a video of someone and speak to that person who is in a off premise location somewhere. Everything I asked was no, we can't do that. We don't office that service. The drive through service is very limited and a big disappointment to the people of Marianna. I am sure they are loosing customers.
