Banked with Wells Fargo since 89,I gave 5 stars for the EXCELLENT service ,Miss Anneand Ms Jackie are always helpful. People are not perfect ,and not everyone is perfect 24/7.All in all a 5.

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A -10 !!!!Run and don’t look back this company is absolutely horrible!!!! They will give you a run around for over a month no Communication with each other and truly treat you horrible!!! Covid meant NOTHINGS TO THEM AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTUMES !!!! Closing business and personal ACCOUNTS TODAY !!!

Drive through painfully slow. I walked over to atm, forgot to take out the deposit slip, then it rejected whole transaction and said out of service. Aggravated cause I have frozen food in trunk and still in original line. Argh.

I went in today to get a couple double charges checked that were on my account at a orlando branch. I called both Best Buy and sun pass to discuss the charges first and they stated they only recieved one. So when I went in to talk to a banker since the online customer service line was down. They blamed everyone but themselves. I called Marianna Wells Fargo, my old branch and they fixed everything in 10 minutes. Everyone there was super helpful and helped explained what occurred. The whole branch always helps as much as they can. Best service I’ve ever received.

Local business owner have many accounts with this bank.Small business owners beware they do not take care of the little guys . Opened a credit card 4 years ago have never missed a payment always paid in full at the end of the month and have yet to get a credit increase .Reason I'm stating this is Iv received other cards from smaller banks with starting with the same amount and all of them have doubled and one has tripled my credit amount in less than 6 months. What does that tell you about the largest bank in America. They claim to be trying to regain the trust after the scandal of taking and making false accounts. My point is that a small company banks with a company that would hopefully help them grow but it's the small banks that are the real heroes . The fact that I have never gotten any real answers really puts a bad taste in my mouth. So I ask Wells Fargo who is looking out of the little guys. Not you. Dont get me wrong I enjoy the people that work there small towns seem to know everyone such as our town my complaint is on the corporate side that involves all if us small businesses that keep America rolling. God bless.

Attempted to open a business checking account and was told both my brother and I had to be there (in person) at the same time in the same branch, even though I was capable of being to another of their branches in Tallahassee, FL at the same time. Absent technology and now our business, wow! BTW...in 2015, they did it then when it was another branch manager. Just called Envision and they said they are able to use DocuSign or email to take care of us. Account opened with them. Now, I will say this though, the Branch Manager at Wells Fargo nicely tried to give reasoning and justification to their kind of "ancient" way of doing things, but it just did not make any sense at all to me, especially considering where this world is in terms of technology. But maybe she is just paranoid or using extreme caution because of cyber security issues and while this may be the case, along with other things, it just did not work for me or our business needs, unfortunately.
