I had a great experience at this Cricket Wireless location. The lady who helped me, I believe her name was Charlotte, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when Boost Mobile wouldn't unlock my phone to switch carriers. They gave me a transfer code and everything and when I went to port my number to Cricket, Boost shut off my phone. That left me with no phone service for the holidays. Long story short, I had to start new service with a new phone at Cricket and Charlotte helped me thru it so professionally. She even tried her best to get Boost to cooperate with us. I got a great phone for a really good price. Its been a month now and I really enjoy my service much better than Boost Mobile.

I went to this location about 15 minutes ago. They were open. The door was locked. I could see the employee behind the counter inside. I knocked on the door, she looks at me, mouthed something, points her finger in the air, and rolled her eyes as she walked in the back. So rude!! I drove to the Beal Pkwy location to resolve my issue. Who ever she is, should be reprimanded. Totally uncalled for. I definitely won't go back there. I'll probably switch services.

Went there at 10:30 to a closed store with a guy coming to the door saying he just got there and could I give him another half hour to open. This company has to do better

Excellent service, I will be going back! He did my mother and I a big favor, he took his time to explain everything to an elderly, asian lady. My mother liked him which means he worked very hard at making her happy.
