I wish I could give them 0 stars. First of all this place has no present staff, so that means everything is done over the internet or phone. I was late paying my Bill one month and they over locked my unit. They didn't hesitate to cut my lock off. Fast forward 2 years and I go to the unit to empty it out and I couldn't because the lock they put on it was so weathered and rusty. They left me no choice but to cut the lock out. I hope they enjoy the mess I left. 2nd. There is no pest control. I had roaches and rat droppings all throughout my stuff and unit. This place is horrible. Do yourselves a favor and just spend the extra money for a climate controlled unit at a better location.

ClearHome is inexpensive and the lot is tidy. The buildings are clean and the only real drawback is there are no climate-controlled units available here. Oh, and it's not 24 hr access, facilities open at 6 AM and close at 10 PM. But it's fenced off and the gate has a PIN pad so you can access it anytime during the allowed times. So, overall it's a decent place with no hassles to speak provided you pay your bill and pick up your trash.

I would advise none of my fellow military families to put anything that belongs to them at this storage facility. I placed my things in the Climate controlled building until I was able to completely PCS. Not only did they A/C go out and I was not notified at all. All of my furniture grew mold on it within a few short months and the company refuses to replace my things. I tried to get an insurance claim and both insurances we have denied our request due to the issue being the company fault. I have made multiple phone calls and no one has ever gotten back with me.

I actually vacated my unit last week. I had been storing there since 2015 and just wanted to comment on the professional and courtesy service I received from the manager Darlene at the Florosa location. But also feel need to say I also received good service as Betta Stor It. Unfortunately these days customer service is not always a priority so was very pleased with service there. I would definitely recommend this facility! Thanks Judith Holley Unit # 302

Have been looking for storage. Met Darlene at the storage facility she showed me different size units that would work for me. Very friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the different sizes. I liked how she picked up trash as we were walking. It showed me the facility is kept clean. A great experience! Thank you Darlene! I will be renting in the near future.

Helped my friends Mom move in. The day before she moved in we found a hole in the unit by the floor. Opened to the outside. She called and the next day we came to move in it was fixed. Great to have quick repairs and someone who cares about the people renting from them.

Darleen is amazingly helpful units are very clean great place. We had to get a larger unit then we started with and the transfer to larger unit very easy

Unsecured. My unit was broken into months ago and it's no surprise why. Every time I've driven by, the gates are wide open. And it can't be coincidental that people just went into the facility because I've driven by at different times late in the evening to early in the morning and the gates are always wide open. I do not recommend trusting their units for anything you don't want crackheads to steal.

If I could give them a zero, I would. They do not follow proper protocols, and they are very inconsistent. Also, the manager at the Chaney location in Collierville always says that she can't give out the number to customer service.

Price was decent. There is an additional fee, but it’s still reasonable and cheaper than other units. The only issue is it says the reservation can be done online, which is 1/2 true. We spent 2.5 hours in the parking lot waiting for a return call with the entry code and unit number. I left 3 messages, 6 calls and an email before reaching someone on the 6th call. Their posted hours start at 9 am, but we didn’t get through until almost 11:30. The 5x5 unit is more than adequate for our things. The unit was relatively clean, and I hope water proof.

Horrible! I got a 10x10 for house furniture and house items for my first apartment/house. Had a couch, mattresses, all my kitchen supplies and a lot more. Went there to put stuff in my unit after not being there for a month and noticed someone else’s lock was on my unit. Called and had to come back at 5 to meet the maintenance man (who was really nice) and he said those aren’t their locks. So he cut it and opened my unit and there was nothing. Absolutely nothing. I’m heartbroken that all my house belongings were all gone. I was really looking forward to getting my first place. I don’t have any money to replace this stuff...
