Extremely slow service. Make sure you have plenty of time if you have any real banking to do. My wire transfer took an hour on a very slow Monday afternoon. Not sure why took so long. Plenty of people standing around.

Very friendly staff here, and overall it was a very simple and pleasant experience opening up a new account. Navy Federal CU is for government affiliated people, government contractors, spouses, etc. So just know this going into it and if you're looking for a good branch to bank with, you've found it!

Service here has really gone downhill. If before I could walk in, wait in line and get help. Now, I walk in, check in, sit and wait for the same service. Something that literally took 5 minutes before, so far, going on 20 and still waiting.
