Great bank on Mary Esther! Robert was extremely professional and helpful two different times I went in. He was great answering all of my questions, so I could make an informed decision. Refreshing in this day and age to deal someone that goes above and beyond. Great job Robert and thank you!!

In the last two months i've paid almost $1600 in overdraft fees! I've been with NF for years and i've never had this happen! The first they they helped take care of the fees and went over how to prevent it from happening again...I followed their instructions/advice and two weeks later 21 more $29 fees ($605) were on my account...I went in bawling as I didn't have the funds to correct that...today I checked my account and 10 more fees ($290)are on my accoun...so I called and once again they don't care..:how are people suppose to live and support their children with they're paying hundred and at this appoint almost thounsands of dollars in fees! It's sad the way there's no thought about what happens to someone after they charge those fees..i'm already struggling and trying to recover from something that happened to my business I don't have a spare $29 much less $1600 to give to NF!

The person working the drive through put the money in someone else’s account. I spent my whole lunch break on the phone trying to fix the issue. Not cool! This should not happen.

This particular branch of the credit union has friendly people, it is clean and the service is always pretty quick except on military paydays. That is to be expected though. If you call the Navy Federal Credit Union on their 800 number 24 hours a day you will always get alive person English or Spanish if you request. You do not get this kind of service at any other credit union or bank that I know of! Going there is a pleasure.

Not a very helpful place when in need of help. It’s more about getting you out of there as soon as possible and give you any excuse why they can not help you with your request while in the branch. Even to get a credit card replacement, was given an excuse that it was not my card the problem it were the ATMs. Mary Esther branch never again and if the service continues like this, will move my business with another bank. Very disappointed experience and not to NFCU standard I have received at other branches.
