Wish I could give more stars! I’m unsure that I’ve ever met such honest and thorough mechanics in my life. Step by step diagnostics and explanations. They don’t dig and find a ton of problems to hit you with. They truly take their time to find out the exact diagnosis so you’re not being slapped with an outrageous automotive bill. Wow!!! Steve and Jenn were absolutely fabulous. Got me in and out within a matter of hours for an alternator replacement on my Ram truck. Steve has decades of experience working on all sorts of vehicles (they work on European cars, jet skis, you name it!) and his expertise showed—if a shop can do a simple job great, then that gives me confidence for a complex job! I called two other repair shops who couldn't even look at my car for 3 or 4 weeks. I was referred to Paradise Autimotive Repair, but when I called, they too were booked solid. When I explained my situation, Steve, the owner, told me to bring my car in and he would try to get to it as soon as possible The repair job was major, but the car is now running better than ever. Very knowledgable. Steve adjusted brake switch also replaced the disc brake pads on my wifes 2015 Mustang. Excellent workmanship good service. Car was done on time and correctly.

I've used them. I mean, they're better than a 10 minute oil change... And I feel better about using them than I do express. They are a little bit more expensive, but they're not going to forget to put your cap either, which would cost you thousands. So, in retrospect, save yourself money and go to paradise automotive. These 10 minute oil change places, not that there's anything wrong with it, but if I'm in a hurry I tend to forget to do the small stuff, a place that they've got all day to work on it, not that they take all day but they've got a little bit more time to pay attention to the details. I would rather have the person making sure that I have my cap on so that I don't drain all the fluid out versus the man that Miss lug nut day and a tire falls off you know LOL
