I do not have an account with Regions Bank - a customer I work with does. He had nsf in his account and Emily & Britainia helped me to resolve this situation. I mainly dealt with Emily - she is very pleasant to work with, always having a great attitude and smiling each time I showed up to see if these checks would clear.
