I visited this gym a few times when i recently went on vacation to Destin.This place is a gem! Not very big but has a little bit of everything. I really enjoyed the small but well layed out free weight area and weight machines. Again, this is a well designed gym with lots of natural light and mirrors.Very clean, good ventilation and fans, and lots of wipe stations.The mens locker room was clean with plenty of available lockers and space to get ready in the morning. The showers were also very clean.Even the sauna was very clean and didn't have that dingy smell that most saunas have. Lots of seating too.The staff was always friendly and takes pride in keeping this place in great shape.I'll be back for sure next time I visit Destin!

plenty of cardio equipment, weight machines, and a sauna (very neat!)but the mens locker room is pretty crappy… only 6 cramped shower heads in an open bay, and only four sinks.makes for an unpleasant morning trying to shower/brush/shave in a hurry between gym and work.

Has a Zumba Monday and Wednesday and a dance class Tuesday and Thursday. Great to get you moving. Exercise and fitness room large and plenty of machines to choose from.

Always love getting fish and chips. Do not go very often, but they do a very good job with consistency and it is a pleasure going there.

Many different cardio machines, treadmills, ellipticals, stairmaster, free weights and 3weight machines.

Great gym. Sometimes it's too cold in there. Also, they have several elliptical machines that are out of order. This is the Air Force! They should have enough money to get these machines operational.
