Omg...I was about in tears walking through the doors, but the 3 gentlemen Pasqual,Kary,& Dominic were absolutely HEAVEN SENT! The customer service received was stellar. The in-house repair technician was AMAZING! He went above and beyond. I drove from Pensacola, Florida to receive service from the best team T-mobile/Sprint has and I definitely don't regret the drive ?Thank you again!

Visited this store and it was easier then expected. Switched over and recommend Pasqual! The store manager jumped in and checked in to make sure the process was smooth and quick!

Pasqual needs a promotion - ASAP. After struggling for an entire 24 hours with VERIZON customer service in order to do an easy number transfer so I could cancel my account and switch to T-Mobile, he sat with me easily over 6 hours the past two days to try and help me fix the issue while making me laugh and keeping me sane. He works super well with customers and seems to know a way around everything and is one of the best phone service agents I’ve ever gotten to work with. With Verizon out of the way, I could’ve seen myself getting in and out of T-Mobile with a brand new phone and carrier service with his help in less than a half hour. He made everything absolutely seamless. ?? Everyone else was also super friendly in store and came over to try and help. I love how I actually felt important in this store.

Pasqual Davis was great! He helped us so much with everything we needed, on several occasions! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional! Definitely would recommend going to this location, even if it was a bit out of the way.!

A couple months ago I was notified through the Sprint App that we were eligible for an upgrade on one of our iPads and so I decided to go into the store to receive the upgrade. The woman informed me that they don’t do upgrades when it comes to iPads. Confused and a little embarrassed, I looked back on the app to see that it did indeed say I was eligible for an upgrade. I called a sprint store in Pensacola and they upgraded the iPad no problem.Today I was notified again that our phones were eligible for an upgrade... so I went in to this location again... the same woman told me that in order to upgrade I would have to purchase my phone and only then would I be able to upgrade. I told her that doesn’t sound like an upgrade... it sounded like a trade in and then I told her about the iPad story. She looked to a coworker and asked if they do things like that with iPads. I was frustrated so I left and went to the T-Mobile down the street and they were extremely helpful and actually allowed me to do the upgrade.I’m not sure if maybe there was some kind of miscommunication but it’s happened twice now. I didn’t feel like I was being helped and frankly she had an attitude.It was just frustrating.

Thinking of trying out Sprint/T-Mobile? DON'T do it. Their "30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee" is an utter lie. Their phone service here is bad, but not as terrible as their customer service, and has been that way long before this virus hit us.

Glenn W. Is full of it, he probably works for the store and made a fake review. Where are the details of the service Glenn? I was born at night but not last night. Store still sucks. Wish I can give this place negative stars. Assistant store manager Carey = incompetent Sales rep Leslie = condescending, has lack of listening skills I dont know if this place is a sham and taking advantage of people in the area because its the only sprint store in the area or they just dont know what they are doing. Either way this place sucks. I came into this store to upgrade my phones. This store is 40 minutes from my home and i explained this to them. I walked in and spoke with leslie and she stated i was not eligible for upgrades, but then proven wrong by actually looking at my account. Finally started the process of upgrading the phones and she told me i had to change my plan because i currently have a plan im not supposed to be eligible for. I explained to her ive been a customer with sprint for over 11 years, which is how i qualified for the plan. She said that the store in NC that offered me the plan commited fraud and if i didn't change my plan, i would be committing fraud too. The military plan they were offering me would increase my bill by $40. I already pay $122 a month for two lines. I asked to speak with the manager and out cane Carey. They "looked" at my bill and told me they could do nothing for me unless i changed my plan. I explained to them that i had spoken with sprint two days earlier and i qualified for the plan that i have had for the last two years because of my loyalty and they didnt want to hear it. They didnt try to verify with sprint corporate or anything. I told them i was going to change carriers and they let me walk out. After i left, i called corporate to cancel my plan, but they confirmed that my plan did not need to be changed and that the store was incorrect. Tomorrow i am driving an hour away just to switch phones because i will not step back into this damn store
