The new manager John is horrible. Don't take anything the unless you're prepared to over pay and most likely have more problems with you leave. This place is a joke since Jason, Corey and the mechanic guy Matt has left.

Recently had my battery replaced at this location and was impressed with the speed and quality of service. I rarely take my car anywhere but the dealer for service but the technicians Key and Matt made me feel that my car was being well taken care of. Office manager was polite, quoted a fair price and didn't tack on any hidden charges. Would definitely recommend giving them a shot

Great service and competitive prices. On my way out of town and caught a screw in my tire. They were able to patch me up quickly on the spot even though they were about to close. Would definitely do business here again.

First time at this location.
I woke up with a flat tire this morning.
*3 People I interacted at this store
I called tire Kingdom but they did not have an opening until tomorrow so *Chris at tire Kingdom made a phone call for me to Tuffy. I really appreciate Chris doing that.
Assistant Manager *Doug was able to get me in right away. Doug is extremely customer-focused with a fantastic attitude. I hope the company takes care of him we need more people like him in managerial roles.
*Chad the technician was able to save my tire and plug it. He did an outstanding job and has an excellent attitude. I hope the company takes care of him we need more technicians like him.
I would definitely come back to this location if this team is still working here. I was so grateful they were open on Sunday.
