He knows how to fix Mini Coopers and BMW’s (which isn’t common for mechanics in Fort Walton) and he does an EXCELLENT job! He can even reset the computer codes when not all mechanics know how to. I will always go to him for any issue I have with my car because I trust him. Finally, for the women out there: he isn’t condescending whatsoever towards females, and does not try to rip us off (unlike many other mechanics I’ve dealt with in the past). 10/10 would recommend him!!!

Joey is great he has doneA timing job on my 2013 Honda Accord, Water pump on my 2017 F150, Flashed and installed the computer for my 2001 dodge Dakota And various other work for me have never had a problem and it's usually done the same day!!!!!

Through a recommendation, I have found this facility to help me with a prepurchase vehicle inspection. They were so professional and took the time to speak with me regarding what I needed to have done. Communication was good. Also the vehicle that I was to purchase was so immaculate that he did not even charge me for his services because the inspection did not require much. He is definitely a very "stand-up" kind of guy and he lives up to his high praises. We are in a day and age where "time is money", people tend not to do act of kindness without charging further time. I really appreciate this facility and highly recommend them.

Joey is a consummate professional, hands down best mechanic in town. Long story short another now out of business scam shop took my money for modifications but never got the car to run after, and still charged me 5k (emerald coast Motorsports). Took it to Cadillac (Step One Automotive FWB) expecting to pay through the nose but get it fixed by “professionals”……wrong. They told me I had a wiring issue which was not the case, the last shop put the wrong FPCM in and Cadillac failed to recognize this, Joey found it out through due diligence. He sourced the part from Cadillac ironically and they first brought him the wrong part because they too did not know the difference.If you want it done right, and at the right price, go see Joey at Tune Ups and Such!Services: Exhaust

I called to ask the availability to change my front rotors and pads. I did also mention that I had the parts on hand I just would just need the service. The mechanic then became absurdly rude and asked me why I bought parts and didn’t intent to put them on myself and said they won’t make money off the parts because I bought them myself. He came off very condescending and at the end he said find someone else to do it for free as if that was my intention. It’s clear as day this business just wants to suck it’s customers dry and exploit them. Don’t come here if you want any type of even decent customer service let alone prices.
