“want to amend my previous review regarding the missing key.
First, I want to sincerely thank the dealership for having a new key made and sending a locksmith to my home to take care of it. I truly appreciate that they resolved the issue.
I also want to stress that I was never angry, just a little disappointed with how the situation was handled. Steve made the entire car-buying experience so easy, and I completely understand that the missing key was not his fault. Steve was nothing but professional from start to finish.
My disappointment was with the way another salesperson approached me and made a joke about the situation. I felt that was unprofessional and inappropriate, especially after I had been told several times that the key was on its way.
That being said, I absolutely would recommend buying a car from this dealership, and I would definitely ask for Steve. I love my car, and when I’m ready for my next vehicle, this dealership will be my first stop!”
