We stayed there this past weekend. Very clean and comfortable, had ice maker and coffee Keurig. Easy check in and great parking. Would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed here November 15. Can’t say enough good things about this cute little place. Only 8 rooms. Our room was clean and had everything you could ask for. It was also decorated really cute ! Check in was easy and Mary was so nice.

Bed bugs , ants in coffee pots roaches in microwave dirty sheets on beds blankets never washed and changed after a dog has been in the room soap left in shower from previous guest in two separate occasions bitten by bed bugs in two different rooms rooms dog hair on sheets in room that was supposed to have been cleaned and because I wanted to be in a clean room the manager or owner not sure which one she is gives me a nasty attitude who in their right minds wants to sleep in filth after spending their money she could care less about her guest as long as her money coming in not to mention items were stolen from my room never received any of that back all things reported and she gets upset and tell me I’m knit picking about everything and you damn right I paid for the room it should be clean and it’s every hotels policy new or old to have a clean room for guest and go above and beyond but yet I got backlash for speaking up and never received any money back for anything proof in the pictures save yourself the hassle I’m still itching bad days later from the bed bug bites. Please check everything in there before making a purchase
Rooms: Horrible but tried to deal with it until the manager got smart because I told her about things that were unacceptable in the rooms photos posted as well to expensive to be so dirty

Just a few weeks after the hurricane, l am doing storm cleanup. This is a cute small place close to everything. The owner is very nice.

I was so very happy with my stay at Cindy’s Motel. From my initial phone call reaching out asking questions, to booking, to arriving/checking in, my stay and all. The whole interaction was seamless and easy. I spoke to Mary, the manager, when I called originally and also when I checked in. So kind and accommodating! I felt very safe at the location and the room was extremely clean!!! The bathroom the beds, everything well taken care of and clean. I was put in one of the renovated rooms and I loved it!!! I had a keurig, a microwave, a mini fridge and even a mini ice maker! Every convenience well thought of by management! My hats go off to Mary and her crew who run a seamless location! The location was perfect for me and for why I was in town! I will definitely be returning for whenever I need to stay in Mayo, and have already recommended the hotel to others who also stay in the area from time to time. Thank you Mary and Cindy’s Motel!!!! 10/10 would 100% reccomend!

Stayed here over the holiday weekend, and it was way cuter than I expected. Awesome place to stay if you're exploring all the local springs. I'm already looking forward to my next trip.

Loved staying here when Roger was the owner. When he sold it, it went downhill quickly. The new owner hired someone who didn't give two shakes about the quality of service or upkeep of the facility. The last two times I stayed there, something was wrong with the room, from the shower not working to the A/C broken and it seemed that the manager didn't care.
I was back in Mayo in April and needed a place to stay and Cindy's was a familiar place, so I thought I would give it one last chance. It was a very welcomed surprise to see that the manager and her staff had been fired and they had new management. The rooms were clean and everything worked as expected. Cindy's Motel is back to where it was when Roger owned it.
If you left because of the prior management, I would give them another chance. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Old School motor inns are a rare find these days! This one has not been sold out on the international circuit. It is exceptionally clean, clean bathroom, clean tile and even grout. Everything works! Nice staff, location appears very safe. Surrounded by beautiful historic live oak trees, a cafe, a large park with more humongous trees. This gem is well worth your traveling dollar!
