Still waiting for delivery… got texts starting 2 weeks ago … you all were having issues with deliveries. Finally received text today… driver will be there today, Wednesday! NOPE! NOTHING. No text. No call. NOBODY showed up today. I spent the entire day in the house waiting! Awful service. I better not run out of propane… that will be on YOU.

Customer service is terrible and located outside of the US. This make communication very difficult. I switched to Suburban and love them.

The whole experience was very pleasant. I was able to schedule periodic refills, and they have my credit card information, and they debit my account accordingly. Very happy with their services. Highly recommend AmeriGas.

Horrible experience w Amerigas. 5 days waiting on gas and the order was cancelled multiple times. They won’t come even if you ask for emergency service which is charged

After last survey.
Someone from Amerigas showed up in my house without notifying or contacting me, to check gas leak i mentioned on survey. I was not home, person at home talked to them, they checked gas leak and said maybe a small leak in dryer they were going to leave gas closed (bylaw) told them to remove Tank since i was not getting new gas dryer. They never mention $99.99 gas tank service fee for leak check (in 12 years for the first time) and then got an invoice of 199.99 for gas tank removal they never mention either. This company Amerigas is very sneaky at not saying prices, and then say it is in terms and conditions on back of bill that you never see.
They have to be upfront with charges, not sneak them at the end.

Poor communication skills. Service personnel didn't speak English. Scheduled services not completed on day promised. Customer Service Representative had limited information and no authority to resolve our issue. Leaking company equipment put our home and family at risk of losses. Then no gas for 8 days.

Signed up for on line billing, which I get and pay. ALSO, get paper bill and get charged for that,
